1.今晚的夜色有些灰暗

天空除了乌云

只剩下一颗最亮的星星

我沿着星光的轨迹行走

我要为今天的苍生

做一次爱的祈祷

Dull and gray is the night tonight;

Dark clouds are overhead

Except a star shinning bright.

Following the trace of the starlight,

A prayer of love, I shall make!

2.我祈祷每一个微弱的生命

都能有一个栖息的家园

我祈祷每一个善良的灵魂

都能找到一片无尘的净土

我祈祷冬天的白雪

能够掩盖世上的污浊

我祈祷春天的花蕾

能够在阳光下肆意地盛开

I shall pray for every tinny life;

Pray for it to have a peaceful home.

I shall pray for every humble soul;

Pray for it to have a piece of holy land.

I shall pray for the white snow of winter；

Pray for the worldly dirt and dust to be covered.

I shall pray for the buds of spring;

Pray for them to bloom freely and wildly in the sun light.

3.这是一个温暖的世界

这是一个可以用温暖

消除病魔，消除战争的世界

这是一个有爱的世界

这是一个可以用爱

减少贫困，减少灾难的世界

I shall pray for a world filled with warmth;

Pray for it to be free from the disease and war.

This is a world filled with love.

With love, we can eliminate poverty and disasters on the globe.

4.我要沿着那片星光

不停地行走

我要为我爱的人和爱我的人

做一次深深地祈祷

我祈祷每一个雨过天晴的日子

都有清新的空气扑面而来

我祈祷所有被雨水打湿的骨骼

都会在阳光出来的时候更加的坚硬

I shall chase after the starlight, and keep walking.

For those who love me, and whom I love,

I shall make a long and silent prayer.

I shall pray for every sunny day after the rain;

Pray for the fresh air caressing my face!

I shall pray for the rain-soaked bones;

Pray for them to be harder and stronger when the sun shines.

5.我祈祷每一次花开

都有爱的雨露悄悄降临

我祈祷每一场风暴之后

都有新的勇士再一次站立起来

这是一个不相信泪水的世界

这也是一个不可以遗忘痛苦的世界

这是一个孤独的世界

这也是一个众人携手

能够战胜孤独的世界

I shall pray for the blooming flowers

Every time when love quietly descends.

I shall pray for the new heroes to stand again and fight

After every thunder storm.

This is a world that believes no tears;

This is a world that can not be separated from pains and sufferings.

This is a lonely world,

But we can conquer the loneliness if we join hands together.

6.我要去寻找

寻找夜空中那颗

最亮的星辰

我要将它的光芒

汇集在我的掌心

我要拉住你的、他的

和我们的手

将所有的掌心合十

我要让你们和我一起

在星光下祈祷

I want to search,

Search for the most shinning star in the night sky.

I shall catch its brightness,

And put it in my palm.

7.我要祈祷那一颗星辰

永远不会坠落

我要祈祷那一条河流

永远不会干涸

我要祈祷那一群生灵

永远心怀感恩

我要祈祷那一片土地

永远繁荣茂盛

I shall pray for a shining star;

I  pray that it shall never die.

I shall pray for every river and every stream;

I pray that they shall never run dry.

I shall pray for that group of honorable beings;

I pray that everyone shall have a grateful heart.

I shall pray for that piece of land;

Pray for it to be prosperous, always and forever.

8.我祈祷我的头顶

有透明的天空

我祈祷我的足下

有厚实的土壤

我祈祷我的身旁

有澄净的灵魂

我祈祷我们的世界

永远不再有

---流泪的眼睛                                

I shall pray to the sky overhead;

Pray for it to be clean and bright.

I shall pray for the soil under my feet;

Pray for it to be thick and profound.

I shall pray for those around me;

Pray for them to have a purified mind.

I shall pray for the world of ours;

Pray for it to be free from tearful eyes!
