Walking into the poetry world
By: Fire Phoenix
Tr. By Shadow Snake
First walked into Tang and Song Dynasty verses and poems,
It stirred up my heart and made me think we didn't meet sooner with regret.
You came from ancient times to continue the fate of this life,
On the road covered with sunshine, with hands held togetherwe met.
Remain on the shore of the vast ocean
are our footprints stringed up by the words which we love.
And my happiness is much like these splashing waves,
Filling the boat you made for me with the eternal vows of a youthful mindset.
Dancing among the pens and ink of our time,
Tears streaming down my cheeks without me knowing.
Counting the stars, watching the bleak night, and sharing ouremotions,
Our profound friendship, piled up like mountains and kept on growing.
With you around, even in winter it feels like spring,
Like a beautiful picture scroll, the hometown landscapes is simply mind-blowing.
