The Solar Term of Great Heat
By WEI Guangyan（Guilin, China）
Translated by WU Weixiong（Zhuhai, China）
Recited by LU Yuefeng（Xinxiang, China）
I hear the boring, noisy cicadas on site;
By the water the willow leaves seared are in sight.
The strong daylight casting in an insolence way,
The heat wind is hotter and hotter all the day.
When the earth seems a little longer could not bear,
One’s easy to excite angry mood in such air.
To help better going sleep I keep counting sheep;
I repeat many times but still in vain to sleep.
