Good morning, my dear teachers and judges!
It is my great honor to stand here to share my topic with you .
Today my topic is : Reflect yourself Achieve yourself!
At the beginning of this speech,I want to ask all of you a question:What is reflection? Reflection is defined as the act of looking back on something, especially one's own thoughts or actions. It is a process that allows us to examine our past experiences, identify our strengths and weaknesses, and use this knowledge to shape our future.
Now I want to share my experience with you.
I used to argue with my parents. Sometimes we didn’t say a word for a few days.We had a difficult time.My parents really worried about my grades,it gave me too much pressure.So we always argued with each other. And I didn’t understand them. But now,after reflecting .I realized they really love me.They want me to have a better future.
In my opinion,we are supposed to talk with our parents and share our feelings with them.This experience made me deeply realize the importance of reflection. Reflection plays an important role in our daily lives.
How can we reflect on ourselves to achieve success?
Here are some suggestions.
To begin with,we need to keep an open mind and accept different suggestions. In addition, we should be open to change .Last but not least,we should have a scientific method and learn from our mistakes .
Ladies and gentlemen, the journey of self-reflection is a lifelong pursuit that requires courage, discipline, and persistence. It is through this process that we can truly understand ourselves, overcome our limitations, and achieve our dreams.So let’s start to reflect ourselves from now on.
