奉献一份爱心 彰显社会文明

        2024年7月15日，由蓝田县“爱之歌”留守儿童之家园长卫淑茹老师带着十几名留守儿童和西安国防科技大学志愿者走进蓝田县茂盛酒店，将一面写着“捐资助学功德无量”的锦旗送给蓝田县餐饮协会董事长、蓝田县茂盛酒店总经理、西安好人段均彦的手中，接过锦旗的段均彦董事长微笑着说：这是我们应该做的，关爱和关心留守儿童是我们每个人应尽的义务。

      段均彦：陕西蓝田人、1959年生、中国烹饪大师、中式烹调师，高级技师，蓝田工匠、西安工匠，西安市劳动模范，西安市优秀中国特色社会主义事业建设者的获得者，西安市第十四届人大代表，2022年被评为2022年，西安好人，2023第一季度陕西好人，中华金厨奖，获西安市"蓝田茂盛扯面"保护名录，非遗传承人，2020年"蓝田茂盛扯面"被西安市商务局评为"西安名吃"，茂盛酒店被评为"西安老字号"

        蓝田县烹饪餐饮旅游行业商会会长、蓝田县勺勺客讲习所所长、美域蓝田宣传推荐官、蓝田县茂盛酒店董事长。不求现在有成就，但愿常在奋斗中”是蓝田勺勺客段均彦时常挂在嘴边的一句话，他凭着一身炉火纯青的扯面技术起家，从一个扯面小摊到茂盛面馆，再到现在的茂盛酒店，经历了四十年的风风雨雨，一根扯面起高楼，百年传承老字号。成为西安市蓝田县餐饮行业的领路人。他抓住改革开放的机遇，敢为人先，一步一个脚印不断奋斗；他不忘初心，牢记使命。致力于弘扬“中国厨师之乡”——蓝田美食，不懈努力，建功立业新时代。

        几十年来，以餐饮业经营为主，以优质服务为理念，以优美的环境为顾客提供宽敞舒适用餐氛围，以高质量的独特的富有地方特色饭菜为主打产品，赢得了广大食客纷纷赞誉，其声名享誉四面八方，天涯海角。他的拿手绝活茂盛扯面，被国家命名为非遗产品，吃过茂盛扯面的顾客津津乐道，回味无穷。

        “一根扯面起高楼，百年传承老字号”是茂盛酒店发展见证，他坚信根深叶茂盛的成长思路，在餐饮业经营中，始终以感恩之心回馈社会，坚持志愿服务，常常救助社会弱势群体，在工作和生活中是大家公认的热心肠，无论哪里受到了自然灾害，哪些孩子上不起学，他都会及时伸出援助之手，体现出他善意的心里总有一束光，照亮自己也照亮别人。

      2024年7月3日，骄阳似火，他冒着酷暑带领他的团队，又一次来到蓝田县“爱之歌”留守儿童之家为这里的留守儿童奉献爱心，将他自己在网上开展的“奉献您的爱心，成就孩子梦想，每人捐款一元，真情献给孩子”活动筹集的三千多元和部分学习用品用具赠送给这里的留守儿童，孩子们拿到喜爱的用品用具，开心的笑了。他与孩子们亲切的交流，教育孩子说：要争做爱党爱国、自立自强、奋发向上的新时代好儿童。暑期来临，他告诉孩子们，要让你们度过一个快乐安全、幸福成长的假期。

       段均彦同志，用自己的爱心行动，描绘着美德的风景，书写着好人的故事，捐赠书籍、购买服装、捐资助学等等凡人善举，无不展现着榜样的力量，对形成知荣辱、树正气、促和谐的社会风尚，弘扬社会主义核心价值观具有重要作用。是中华民族的传统美德，他以善意、善举传播真善美、传递正能量、带动更多人向上向善，引领社会形成崇德向善的良好风尚。

Offer a love and show the civilization of the society

On July 15, 2024, Ms. Wei Shuru, the principal of the "Song of Love" Home for Left-behind Children in Lantian County, led more than ten left-behind children and volunteers from Xi'an University of Defense Technology to Maosheng Hotel in Lantian County. They presented a silk banner with the words "Donating and Supporting Education with Boundless Merits" to Duan Junyan, the chairman of the Catering Association of Lantian County, the general manager of Maosheng Hotel in Lantian County, and a good person in Xi'an. Chairman Duan Junyan, who received the banner, smiled and said: This is what we should do. Caring for and concerning about left-behind children is the obligation of each of us. 

Duan Junyan: A native of Lantian, Shaanxi Province. Born in 1959. A master of Chinese cuisine, a Chinese chef, a senior technician, a Lantian artisan, an Xi'an artisan, a model worker in Xi'an, a winner of the outstanding builder of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in Xi'an, a representative of the 14th People's Congress of Xi'an. In 2022, he was rated as a good person in Xi'an in 2022, a good person in Shaanxi Province in the first quarter of 2023, and won the Golden Chef Award of China. His "Lantian Maosheng Pulled Noodles" was included in the protection list of Xi'an, and he is the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage. In 2020, "Lantian Maosheng Pulled Noodles" was rated as a "Famous Snack in Xi'an" by the Commerce Bureau of Xi'an, and Maosheng Hotel was rated as an "Old Brand in Xi'an". 

The president of the Culinary, Catering and Tourism Industry Chamber of Commerce of Lantian County, the director of the Shaoshuoke Lecture Center of Lantian County, the publicity and recommendation officer of Beautiful Lantian, and the chairman of Maosheng Hotel of Lantian County. "I don't seek achievements now. I only wish to be constantly striving." This is a sentence that Duan Junyan, a chef from Lantian, often says. He started with his consummate skill of pulling noodles. From a small noodle stand to Maosheng Noodle Restaurant, and then to the current Maosheng Hotel, he has experienced ups and downs for forty years. One pulled noodle built a tall building, and a century-old brand was passed down. He has become a leader in the catering industry of Lantian County, Xi'an City. He seized the opportunity of reform and opening up, dared to be the first, and kept striving step by step. He remained true to his original aspiration and kept his mission in mind. He is committed to promoting the cuisine of Lantian, the "Hometown of Chinese Chefs", and has made unremitting efforts to make achievements in the new era. 

For decades, mainly engaged in the catering business, with the concept of quality service, providing customers with a spacious and comfortable dining atmosphere in a beautiful environment, and taking high-quality, unique and local characteristic meals as the flagship products, it has won numerous praises from a wide range of diners, and its reputation spreads far and wide, to every corner of the world. His signature dish, Maosheng Hand-Pulled Noodles, has been named an intangible cultural heritage product by the state. Customers who have eaten Maosheng Hand-Pulled Noodles talk about it with relish and have an endless aftertaste. 

"A single hand-pulled noodle builds a tall building, and a century-old heritage brand" is a witness to the development of Maosheng Hotel. He firmly believes in the growth concept of deep roots and luxuriant leaves. In the catering business, he always回馈 society with a grateful heart, adheres to volunteer service, and often helps socially vulnerable groups. He is recognized as a warm-hearted person in work and life. No matter where there is a natural disaster or which children cannot afford to go to school, he will extend a helping hand in time, demonstrating that there is always a beam of light in his kind heart, illuminating himself and others.  

On July 3, 2024, under the scorching sun, he braved the sweltering heat and led his team to the "Love Song" Home for Left-behind Children in Lantian County once again to show love for the left-behind children here. He donated more than 3,000 yuan and some school supplies and utensils raised in his online campaign "Devote Your Love, Fulfill Children's Dreams, Donate One Yuan Each, and Give True Love to Children" to the left-behind children here. The children got their favorite supplies and utensils and smiled happily. He had a cordial communication with the children and taught them: We should strive to be good children of the new era who love the Party and the country, are independent, self-reliant, and strive to make progress. With the summer vacation approaching, he told the children that he hoped they would have a happy, safe, and happy-growing vacation. 

Comrade Duan Junyan, through his own caring actions, depicts the landscape of virtue and writes the stories of good people. His common yet kind deeds such as donating books, purchasing clothing, and providing financial assistance for education all demonstrate the power of a role model. They play a significant role in shaping a social trend that knows honor and disgrace, builds uprightness, and promotes harmony, and in promoting the core socialist values. It is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation. With kindness and good deeds, he spreads truth, goodness and beauty, conveys positive energy, drives more people to be upward and good-natured, and leads society to form a good trend of respecting virtue and being good.
