个人简介
于井和（网名老于头）
河北省承德市围场满族蒙古族自治县大头山乡黄土梁子村人。
1955年生人，现年69岁。1975年3月参加工作，先后任初中、小学数学老师。于2015年5月退休，中专学历。退休后仍然关注教育事业。笔耕不辍，爱好文学，以校园及日常生活为素材，吟诗作赋。宣传新时代，新生活。老有所为，老有所乐。
"Autumn"
The cool breeze of autumn night falls upon the thatched cottage
Suddenly feeling a bit cold by the pillow
The sky is high and the clouds are pale, making one feel refreshed
The autumn heatwave still needs to be guarded against
Good weather brings a good year
The crops in the fields are fat and strong
With a bumper harvest in sight, singing praises
The ears of grain are plump and long
The earth changes its complexion and the mountains change their colors
All kinds of bright colors are like makeup
The land is so charming and beautiful like a painting
Just look at the wonderful scenery in the north
Thoughts after Ten Years
It's been ten years since retirement and leaving
Often missing the sounds of reading in the campus
Happy kids around, before and behind
Standing at the platform, so majestic
Eating, drinking and having fun in the big group
Drinking and playing finger-guessing games and giving drinking orders
The feast has ended and everyone has gone their separate ways
Meetings often wake me up in dreams
Returning to the countryside and working on the farm after retirement
A sense of loss arises spontaneously
Eating three full meals and taking a nap every day
This kind of life is not okay
Travelling around to enjoy mountains and waters
Learning from migratory birds and moving north and south
Stepping out of the house to see the world
Reaching the peak of the realm of life
Poetry and the distant place are underfoot
Live a wonderful life in the sunset years

Personal Profile
Yu Jinghe (Online name: Old Yu)
From Huangtuliangzi Village, Datoushan Township, Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County, Chengde City, Hebei Province.
Born in 1955, he is 69 years old now. He started working in March 1975 and successively served as a math teacher in junior high school and primary school. He retired in May 2015 and has a technical secondary school education. After retirement, he still pays attention to the education cause. He keeps writing and has a passion for literature. Using the campus and daily life as materials, he composes poems and odes. Publicizing the new era and new life. Making achievements in old age and having fun in old age.
