1.《Remember, My Father and My Mother》
My father and my mother
There were only two rooms
made of adobe
Back then, there was no land
There was only one heated bed
Since the division of fields
Stakes were put in the ground
Dad went out into the fields
Worked hard but stood upright
My mother was at home
Busy making three meals a day
Educating us
As you sow, so will you reap
Be honest and trustworthy, do
your duty and be kind, Then,
saved a lifetime of savings
Went to the People's Heroes Monument to pay their respects. Visited Chairman
Mao's Memorial Hall
Took a picture, hand in hand under the gear wheel
2.《110, Let the People Sleep in Peace》
Since there is 110
Streets and alleys of the city
Time and time again,
someone calls the police
The People's Police going into
action without delay
Saving money and property,
saving lives
Since there is 110
There is a cool wind in the sky
There are more tender eyes in
the streets, The city, laughing
and talking in the sun, Sleeping
in peace under the moon
110, it makes people think,
it is also a wake-up call
3.《There's Some Sadness in the Sun》
It was brilliant and warm
sunshine
Once incorporated into the
blood of the sons and
daughters of China
It shined while we were singing the national anthem
With the five-star red flag
swaying in the wind
Positioning with a hammer and a sickle
Living on the socialist way
I don't know when Someone
planted a strange tree
Luring the devils and the
serpents out of the cage, The
sun that warmed the people
was covered up in disorder
I cannot imagine, Is there still
birdsong and floral fragrance in the mountains and rivers of
China?
Is there still the aroma of the
grains in the land of China?
China needs a heart full of
vigor and vitality. China needs
perceptive thoughts
China needs the united power
of gear wheel and wheat ears
to fit together
