On the eastern bank, the Cowherd holds his children, yearning;
On the western shore, the Weaver Maid clutches hers, pleading.
Gazing at the bright moon, they scarce can meet;
Dreams shattered on cloud-cloaked cliffs, tears stream.
A wisp of love threads through Qixi;
Bridged by magpies, their meeting overflows with tender care.

Zhang Cong'an, styled Anran, is a male of the Han ethnic group. His online name is "Blue Dream". He hails from Lu'an City, Anhui Province, and was born on April 8, 1966. He graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology.
He has a passion for calligraphy, Chinese painting, music, and various musical instruments. He has been engaged in the research and study of ancient Chinese poetry for over three decades and has created approximately more than 2,000 works. “及第禄名无所羡,荣华富贵似云烟”,是对世俗追求的解构。科举高中、名利双收,世人眼中是成功的标杆,诗人却道“无所羡”——那些东西如云烟,来了会散,聚了会离,不值得用一生去追逐。这份清醒,是看透后的放下。
