今日，乙巳年八月初六，中秋佳节的温馨氛围已悄然铺满苏州市相城区元和街道建元社区招商依云华苑的每一个角落。

一场由招商积余物业精心策划的“中秋手工冰皮月饼DIY”活动，在社区物业服务中心温情启幕，业主们以面团为媒、以创意为笔，在揉、捏、压、印的互动中，将传统民俗的韵味与邻里守望的情谊，酿成了这个中秋最独特的“团圆滋味”。

A "Mid-Autumn Handmade Snowy Mooncake DIY" activity carefully planned by China Merchants Jiyu Property kicked off warmly at the community property service center. With dough as the medium and creativity as the pen, the owners brewed the most unique "taste of reunion" this Mid-Autumn Festival through the interaction of kneading, pinching, pressing and stamping, combining the charm of traditional folk customs with the friendship of neighborhood watch.

一、邻里共赴“团圆之约”：小手大手齐协作，冰皮月饼藏心意

上午9时许，距离活动正式开始还有半小时，招商依云华苑物业服务中心的大厅里已热闹起来。

At around 9 a.m., half an hour before the official start of the event, the hall of the property service center of Zhaoshang Yiyun Huayuan was already bustling.

拎着小篮子的孩童、挽着家人手臂的长者、并肩而来的年轻夫妻……近百组业主家庭陆续到场，每个人的脸上都洋溢着对活动的期待。

Children carrying small baskets, elders holding their family members' arms, young couples coming side by side... Nearly 100 owner families arrived one after another, and everyone's face was filled with expectation for the event.

物业工作人员早已将操作台布置妥当，冰皮粉、莲蓉馅、豆沙馅、紫薯馅等材料分类摆放，印着“中秋”“团圆”“玉兔”图案的模具整齐排列，专业的指导老师也已就位，等待着大家开启“月饼创作之旅”。

Materials such as snowy mooncake powder, lotus seed paste filling, red bean paste filling and purple sweet potato filling were placed in categories. “小朋友，揉面的时候要轻轻用力，让冰皮变得光滑又有弹性哦！”指导老师俯下身，耐心地教孩子们掌握揉面技巧。

"Little friend, you need to use gentle force when kneading the dough to make the snowy crust smooth and elastic!" The instructor bent down and patiently taught the children how to master the dough-kneading skills.

孩童们戴着小小的透明手套，踮着脚尖趴在操作台前，眼神专注地模仿着老师的动作，虽然手法略显笨拙，却格外认真；一旁的长辈们则熟练地拿起面团，一边包裹馅料，一边向晚辈分享着自己记忆里的中秋故事——“以前中秋，一家人会围在院子里赏月，妈妈做的月饼要等月亮出来了才能分着吃”；年轻业主们则发挥创意，在冰皮中加入蝶豆花粉、草莓粉，做出粉蓝、粉红的彩色冰皮，再搭配不同口味的馅料，让传统月饼焕发出时尚新颜。

The children, wearing small transparent gloves, stood on tiptoes and leaned over the operation platform, focusing on imitating the teacher's movements. Although their techniques were a bit clumsy, they were extremely serious. The elders beside them skillfully picked up the dough, wrapped the filling, and shared their Mid-Autumn memories with the younger generation - "In the past, during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the whole family would gather in the yard to admire the moon, and the mooncakes made by mom could only be shared after the moon came out". The young owners used their creativity to add butterfly pea flower powder and strawberry powder to the snowy crust, making pink-blue and pink colorful snowy crusts, and then matched them with fillings of different flavors, giving traditional mooncakes a fashionable new look.

“这是我和儿子一起做的第一盒月饼，一定要好好保存，晚上赏月的时候吃！”业主李女士举起手中装满月饼的礼盒，脸上满是幸福的笑容。

"This is the first box of mooncakes made by my son and me. I must keep it well and eat it when admiring the moon tonight!" Ms. Li, an owner, held up the gift box full of mooncakes in her hand, with a happy smile on her face.

这场充满烟火气的中秋活动，背后是招商积余物业团队近一周的精心筹备。

Behind this lively Mid-Autumn event is a week of careful preparation by the China Merchants Jiyu Property team.

为了让更多业主有机会参与，物业提前通过社区微信群、“到家汇”线上平台发布活动通知，采用“先报先得”的报名方式，同时预留了部分材料，为临时想来参与的业主提供机会；考虑到不同年龄段业主的需求，特意选择制作简便、无需烘烤、口感清爽的冰皮月饼，既降低了参与门槛，又契合当下人们对健康饮食的追求；活动现场，物业工作人员不仅负责材料分发、秩序维护，还贴心地准备了一次性手套、湿纸巾、打包盒，方便业主制作和携带月饼。

In order to give more owners the opportunity to participate, the property released the event notice in advance through the community WeChat group and the "Daojiahui" online platform, adopted the registration method of "first come, first served", and reserved some materials to provide opportunities for owners who wanted to participate temporarily. Considering the needs of owners of different age groups, it specially chose snowy mooncakes that are easy to make, no need for baking and have a refreshing taste, which not only lowers the participation threshold but also meets people's pursuit of healthy diet. At the event site, the property staff were not only responsible for material distribution and order maintenance, but also thoughtfully prepared disposable gloves, wet wipes and packing boxes to facilitate the owners to make and carry mooncakes.

“我们做活动不只是为了‘热闹’，更希望能通过这样的机会，让业主们感受到社区的温暖，拉近邻里之间的距离。”招商依云华苑物业项目经理表示，现在很多社区都是“陌生人社区”，业主之间缺乏交流，而传统节日正是打破这种隔阂的最佳纽带。

"We hold activities not just for 'excitement', but more importantly, we hope to let the owners feel the warmth of the community and shorten the distance between neighbors through such opportunities." The property project manager of Zhaoshang Yiyun Huayuan said that many communities now are "stranger communities" where owners lack communication, and traditional festivals are the best link to break this barrier.

活动中，有位独居的张爷爷因不熟悉线上报名流程没报上名，物业工作人员得知后，立即为他预留了一份材料，还主动邀请社区里的小朋友和他一起制作月饼。

During the event, Grandpa Zhang, who lived alone, failed to register because he was not familiar with the online registration process. After learning about this, the property staff immediately reserved a set of materials for him and took the initiative to invite children in the community to make mooncakes with him.

“很久没这么热闹过了，和孩子们一起做月饼，感觉自己也年轻了！”张爷爷捧着和小朋友共同完成的月饼，眼角泛起了笑意。

"I haven't been so lively for a long time. Making mooncakes with the children makes me feel younger!" Grandpa Zhang held the mooncakes made with the children and smiled with tears in his eyes.
