Seven-Character Quatrain·Yuan (A Woman of Exceptional Virtue and Appearance)

沐    风

    镂月裁云制佩襟，

Carving moon and trimming clouds to shape a sash and gown,

    朱霞研墨画兰心。

With cinnabar-tinted sunset clouds as ink to paint an orchid heart.

    味茶煮雪浇诗骨，

Brewing snow-melt water with tea to temper the poetic soul,

    山涧春声漱古琴。

And the spring sound of mountain streams rinsing an ancient qin.

作于2026年4月4日，海上怡趣堂。

Written on April 4, 2026, at Shanghai Yiyi Tang.

注：平水韵【十二侵】仄起首押

Note: Composed in the Ping Shui Yun rhyme scheme, Twelve Qinyun, with the first rhyme in the third tone and the first line of the quatrain rhyming.
