第4届北京国际诗电影节全球征稿启事

北京国际诗电影节始创于2024年，始终以“推动诗歌与电影的深度融合、搭建全球文艺创作交流平台”为核心宗旨，创办至今已展映来自全球四十余个国家的百余部优秀诗电影作品，在国际文艺领域形成了广泛影响力。

2027年，第四届北京国际诗电影节将迎来全面升级改革，首次面向全球诗歌、影视创作者公开征集作品。本次电影节以诗电影为核心载体，延续诗电影运动的创作内核——2017年曹谁先生撰写《诗电影运动宣言》，2023年曹谁先生与张建军、范群先生于北京正阳门正式签署《诗电影运动宣言》，标志着全球诗电影运动的全面启动。本届电影节将继续以诗为魂、以影为媒，发掘全球优质诗电影作品，推动跨文化的文艺交流与传播。

## 一、组织架构与组委会声明

2. 沧浪雅苑诗社不再为本届北京国际诗电影节主办单位，其主办的相关活动名称为“诗歌记忆·国际诗电影节”，与本届北京国际诗电影节无任何关联；

3. 张建军先生不再担任北京国际诗电影节执行主席职务，范群先生不再担任北京国际诗电影节副主席职务。

## 二、核心征稿信息速览

## 三、征稿细则与作品要求

### （一）作品类别界定

1. **原创类诗电影**：以原创诗歌文本为核心，进行原创拍摄、原创配乐、原创制作的诗电影作品，具备完整的视听创作与叙事表达，无版权争议。

2. **剪辑类诗电影**：以诗歌文本为核心，通过正版授权的影视素材、公开版权素材进行二次剪辑创作的诗电影作品，需标注素材来源，确保无版权纠纷。

3. **AI类诗电影**：以诗歌文本为核心，通过AI工具生成画面、音频等内容制作完成的诗电影作品，需标注AI工具名称与使用范围，确保符合AI创作相关版权规范。

### （二）作品基础规范

1. 内容要求：作品需紧扣“诗与影融合”的核心，以诗歌文本为创作根基，视听语言与诗歌内核高度契合，内容积极正向，无违法违规、低俗敏感、侵害他人合法权益的内容，不涉及宗教、种族、性别歧视等不当表述。

2. 时长要求：单部作品时长建议3-15分钟，优秀作品可适当放宽时长限制。

3. 格式要求：视频分辨率不低于1080P，码率不低于5Mbps，格式为MP4/MOV，画面清晰、音轨无杂音，需内嵌中文字幕，鼓励搭配中英双语字幕。

4. 署名要求：作品片头/片尾需清晰标注完整主创信息，包括**诗歌作者、影片导演、朗诵者**，其他主创（摄影、配乐、剪辑等）可自行补充标注。

### （三）投稿格式要求

1. 邮件主题统一格式：【第四届北京国际诗电影节投稿】+ 作品类别 + 作品名称 + 主创姓名/机构名称

示例：【第四届北京国际诗电影节投稿】+原创类 + 《山河行》 + 张三

2. 邮件内容需包含：作品简介（100-300字）、主创简介、完整联系方式（手机号、微信、通讯地址）。

3. 作品提交：视频作品以附件形式上传，超大文件可在邮件内附Wetransfer下载链接；诗歌文本需单独以Word文档附件同步提交，确保文本与影片内容一致。

4. 投稿须知：每位创作者/机构投稿数量不超过3部，请勿一稿多投、重复投稿。

## 四、展映安排与荣誉设置

1. 展映播出：所有入围作品将在2027年春节期间，通过电影节官方合作平台进行全球线上展映，同时在北京及国内外多个合作城市举办线下主题展映活动。

2. 荣誉认证：所有入围展映的作品，将为创作者颁发【第四届北京国际诗电影节优秀诗电影作品】荣誉证书；组委会将评选出年度最佳诗电影、最佳原创诗歌、最佳导演、最佳AI创作等多项荣誉，在展映开幕式正式发布，并纳入电影节全球推广体系，对接国际诗歌、影视交流资源。

3. 作品收录：优秀作品将纳入北京国际诗电影节全球诗电影库，面向全球合作文艺机构、电影节展进行推荐展播。

## 五、版权与免责声明

1. 投稿者须保证所投作品为本人/本机构原创作品，拥有完整著作权及相关授权，诗歌文本、画面、音乐、朗诵等所有内容均无版权纠纷；如因作品侵权引发任何法律责任，由投稿者全部承担，组委会有权立即取消其投稿、入围资格。

2. 凡投稿入围的作品，组委会享有该作品的非商业性展映权、信息网络传播权、汇编权与宣传推广使用权，用于电影节相关的展播、宣传、报道等活动，作者享有永久署名权，组委会不再另行支付费用。

3. 组委会有权对入围作品进行不改变核心创作的技术优化处理，如需进行内容调整，将提前与创作者沟通确认。

4. 凡投稿者，即视为已完全同意本征稿启事的所有条款约定。

Call for Entries for the 4th Beijing International Poetry Film Festival

Founded in 2024, the Beijing International Poetry Film Festival has always taken "promoting the in-depth integration of poetry and film, and building a global platform for literary and artistic creation and exchange" as its core mission. Since its establishment, it has screened more than a hundred outstanding poetry film works from over 40 countries around the world, and has formed extensive influence in the international literary and art field.

In 2027, the 4th Beijing International Poetry Film Festival will usher in a comprehensive upgrade and reform, and for the first time, it will openly solicit works from poetry and film creators around the world. With poetry film as the core carrier, this festival continues the creative core of the Poetry Film Movement. In 2017, Mr. Cao Shui wrote the *Manifesto of the Poetry Film Movement*. In 2023, Mr. Cao Shui, together with Mr. Zhang Jianjun and Mr. Fan Qun, officially signed the *Manifesto of the Poetry Film Movement* at Zhengyang Gate in Beijing, marking the full launch of the global Poetry Film Movement. This festival will continue to take poetry as the soul and film as the medium, discover high-quality poetry film works worldwide, and promote cross-cultural literary and artistic exchanges and communication.

1.Mr. Cao Shui will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Beijing International Poetry Film Festival;

2.Canglang Yayuan Poetry Society is no longer an organizer of this year's Beijing International Poetry Film Festival. The relevant event it hosts is named "Poetry Memory · International Poetry Film Festival", which has no connection with this year's Beijing International Poetry Film Festival;

3.Mr. Zhang Jianjun is no longer the Executive Chairman of the Beijing International Poetry Film Festival, and Mr. Fan Qun is no longer the Vice Chairman of the Beijing International Poetry Film Festival.

III. Submission Rules and Work Requirements

(I) Definition of Work Categories

1.Original Poetry Films: Poetry film works with original poetry text as the core, created through original shooting, original soundtrack and original production, with complete audio-visual creation and narrative expression, and no copyright disputes.

2.Edited Poetry Films: Poetry film works with poetry text as the core, created through secondary editing of film and television materials with legal authorization and publicly licensed materials. The source of materials must be marked to ensure no copyright disputes.

3.AI-generated Poetry Films: Poetry film works completed with poetry text as the core, through content such as pictures and audio generated by AI tools. The name of the AI tool and the scope of use must be marked to ensure compliance with relevant copyright regulations for AI creation.

(II) Basic Work Specifications

1.Content Requirements: The work must closely follow the core of "integration of poetry and film", take poetry text as the creative foundation, have audio-visual language highly consistent with the core of the poetry, with positive and healthy content. It shall not contain illegal, vulgar, sensitive content or content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others, and shall not involve inappropriate expressions such as religious, racial, and gender discrimination.

2.Duration Requirements: The recommended duration of a single work is 3-15 minutes, and the duration limit can be appropriately relaxed for outstanding works.

3.Format Requirements: The video resolution shall not be lower than 1080P, the bit rate shall not be lower than 5Mbps, and the format shall be MP4/MOV, with clear picture, no noise in the audio track. The video must be embedded with Chinese subtitles, and Chinese-English bilingual subtitles are encouraged.

4.Signature Requirements: The complete main creative information must be clearly marked at the opening/end of the work, includingpoetry author, film director, reciter. Other main creators (cinematographer, composer, editor, etc.) can be supplemented and marked at your own discretion.

(III) Submission Format Requirements

1.Unified format for email subject: 【Submission for the 4th Beijing International Poetry Film Festival】+ Work Category + Work Title + Name of Creator/Institution

Example: 【Submission for the 4th Beijing International Poetry Film Festival】+ Original Category +Journey of Mountains and Rivers+ Zhang San

2.The email content must include: work introduction (100-300 words), introduction of the main creators, and complete contact information (mobile phone number, WeChat ID, mailing address).

3.Work Submission: The video work shall be uploaded as an attachment. For ultra-large files, the WeTransfer download link can be attached in the email; the poetry text must be submitted separately as a Word document attachment to ensure that the text is consistent with the content of the film.

4.Submission Notes: The number of submissions per creator/institution shall not exceed 3 works. Please do not submit the same work to multiple events or make duplicate submissions.

IV. Screening Arrangement and Honor Settings

1.Screening and Broadcast: All shortlisted works will be screened globally online through the official cooperative platforms of the festival during the 2027 Spring Festival, and offline themed screening activities will be held in Beijing and many cooperative cities at home and abroad.

2.Honor Certification: All shortlisted and screened works will be awarded the honorary certificate of 【Outstanding Poetry Film Work of the 4th Beijing International Poetry Film Festival】 to the creators. The Organizing Committee will select a number of honors such as Best Poetry Film of the Year, Best Original Poetry, Best Director, Best AI Creation, etc., which will be officially announced at the opening ceremony of the screening, and included in the festival's global promotion system, with access to international poetry and film exchange resources.

3.Work Inclusion: Outstanding works will be included in the Global Poetry Film Library of the Beijing International Poetry Film Festival, and will be recommended and broadcast to global cooperative literary and artistic institutions and film festivals.

V. Copyright and Disclaimer

1.The submitter must guarantee that the submitted work is an original work of the individual/institution, with complete copyright and relevant authorization, and all content including poetry text, pictures, music, recitation, etc. has no copyright disputes. If any legal liability arises from the infringement of the work, the submitter shall bear all responsibility, and the Organizing Committee has the right to immediately cancel its submission and shortlisting qualifications.

2.For all submitted and shortlisted works, the Organizing Committee shall have the non-commercial screening right, information network transmission right, compilation right and publicity and promotion use right of the work, which are used for activities such as screening, publicity and reporting related to the film festival. The author shall have the permanent right of authorship, and the Organizing Committee will not pay additional fees.

3.The Organizing Committee has the right to carry out technical optimization processing of the shortlisted works without changing the core creation. If content adjustment is required, it will communicate and confirm with the creator in advance.

4.All submitters shall be deemed to have fully agreed to all the terms and agreements of this call for entries.
