世界诗歌运动关于终止与沧浪雅苑诗社合作的公告

自第四届北京国际诗电影节起，世界诗歌运动、金砖国家作家协会、大诗主义运动已正式终止与沧浪雅苑诗社的所有合作关系，张建军不再担任第四届北京国际诗电影节执行主席，此前双方基于合作所开展的一切相关事宜，均随之终止。

本人（曹谁）即日起不再担任沧浪雅苑诗社名誉社长；同时，严禁沧浪雅苑诗社继续使用世界诗歌运动、金砖国家作家协会、大诗主义运动的相关标识（logo）。

由曹谁邀约加入沧浪雅苑诗社国际顾问团的所有成员，均已正式退出该诗社，具体包括：费尔南多·伦德、弗朗西斯·库姆斯、拉蒂·萨克森纳、毕·格兰尼奥提斯、乔治·华莱士、纽都然·杜门、乌鲁格贝克·耶斯道勒特、兰伯特·加西亚、瓦迪姆·特里金、尼伊·奥桑戴尔、凯沙布·西德格尔、阿德尔·霍扎姆。

特此公告如下，请沧浪雅苑诗社严格遵照执行：

1. 自本公告发布之日起，其官方公众号自下期内容起，不得再使用上述三个机构的任何标识（logo），不得再使用上述已退出国际顾问团成员的头像进行任何形式的宣传推广；

2. 我方（世界诗歌运动、金砖国家作家协会、大诗主义运动）将保留对沧浪雅苑诗社违规行为进一步诉诸法律的权利；

3. 请所有诗人及各诗歌团体知悉，今后沧浪雅苑诗社所举办的任何活动、开展的任何相关事宜，均与世界诗歌运动、金砖国家作家协会、大诗主义运动及本人（曹谁）无任何关联，我方不承担任何相关责任。

Announcement of the World Poetry Movement on Terminating Cooperation with Canglang Yaya Poetry Society

Since the 4th Beijing International Poetry and Film Festival, the World Poetry Movement, the BRICS Writers Association, and the Great Poetry Movement have officially terminated all cooperative relations with Canglang Yaya Poetry Society, and all relevant matters previously carried out by both parties based on the cooperation have also been terminated accordingly.

I (Cao Shui) will no longer serve as the Honorary President of Canglang Yaya Poetry Society from now on; at the same time, Canglang Yaya Poetry Society is strictly prohibited from continuing to use the relevant logos of the World Poetry Movement, the BRICS Writers Association, and the Grand Poetry Movement.

All members of the International Advisory Group of Canglang Yaya Poetry Society invited by Cao Shui have officially withdrawn from the poetry society, including: Fernando Rendon, Francis Coombes, Rati Saxena, Dimitris P. Kraniotis, George Wallace, Nurduran Duman, Ulugbek Yesdaulet, Lamberto Garzia, Vadim Terekhin, Niyi Osundare, Keshab Sigdel, and Adel Khozam.

Hereby, we announce the following, and request Canglang Yaya Poetry Society to strictly comply:

1. From the date of issuance of this announcement, starting from the next issue of its official WeChat public account, it shall no longer use any logos of the above three institutions, nor use the avatars of the above-mentioned members who have withdrawn from the International Advisory Group for any form of publicity and promotion;

2. We (the World Poetry Movement, the BRICS Writers Association, and the Great Poetry Movement) reserve the right to further resort to legal means for any violations of Canglang Yaya Poetry Society;

3. Please all poets and poetry organizations be informed that all future activities and relevant matters carried out by Canglang Yaya Poetry Society have no connection with the World Poetry Movement, the BRICS Writers Association, the Grand Poetry Movement, and myself (Cao Shui), and we shall not bear any relevant responsibilities.
