高罗岩封塘赋并序

岩封塘属湖北省宣恩县高罗乡龙河村辖。高罗河流经此处，被一壁岩横堵，逼得水流横转，形成较深的塘而得名。该地离高罗集镇约0.5公里，堪称休闲度假之胜地，深为其境其人其事感慨颇多，乃作此赋。

龙盘路雾，风卷岚烟。群山环抱四寨，一水蜿流二峦。沿岸风光，兼西子东湖之美；顺路物宝，并南镇北埠之全。云蒸霞蔚之地，花荣草丰之川。日念土司丝竹之邈邈，夜闻古镇流水之潺潺。东关源流经此处，西壁伟岸傲其间。逼得回转之幽水，赚来沉静之深潭。故得雅名而历今古，实为胜地以招俊贤。

然则忆昔房简屋陋，思故土芜人孱。有道路之封闭，无车马之喧阗。出乡则凭索以进，返程即借崖而攀。特产之丰，而无孤商之往返；风景之秀，岂见群鸟之蹁跹。世代山民，饱受奔波之苦；几辈农户，频忍劳作之艰。

春雷一声，迎得新元新纪；精英几届，送来华岁华年。扶贫攻坚，三山四水风调雨顺；改革开放，九牧八表花好月圆。

看今日岩封塘，秀色凝峰，华彩溢岭；听新世美乡寨，欢歌动地，笑语飞天。光照原野，水护陌阡。洞水潜流挂危壁，山涧明淌别幽泉。高速公路过丛岭，新式车款驱广原。彩虹搭桥稻浪滚，朗月撑灯蔬波掀。牧笛声声，吟味乡间丰盛；庭院绰绰，讴歌寨上昌繁。应是人间好风景，也算世上美家园。

徜徉于山间之石径，流连在农家之院阑。深感民情有愫，甚会人心无嫌。男耕女织，金穗银缎闻箫鼓；夫思妻想，玉臂清风望婵娟。姊妹同心，同铸家园和畅；兄弟并步，共建门户清廉。民族品德，齐长江大河之伟；中华气度，兼奇花异草之鲜。

美哉！享盛世之抚顾，受新政之爱怜。乐矣！抒百姓之胸臆，奏时代之管弦。

Ode to Yanfeng Pond in Gaoluo with Preface

Yanfeng Pond lies in Longhe Village, Gaoluo Township, Xuan'en County, Hubei Province. The Gaoluo River courses here, blocked by a sheer cliff that forces the river to turn sideways, forming a deep pond—hence its name. Situated about half a kilometer from Gaoluo Town, it stands as an ideal resort for leisure and vacation. Moved deeply by its scenery, local people and past tales, I compose this ode.

Dragon-shaped ridges curl amid mist; winds roll up mountain haze.

Ringed by peaks are four stockaded villages; one river winds between two hills.

The riverside scenery rivals the grace of West Lake and East Lake;

local products along the road abound as those of southern towns and northern ports.

Here clouds curl and rosy glow spreads; blooms flourish and grass grows lush along the river.

By day one muses on the distant music of the Tusi ancient domain;

by night one hears the gurgling stream of the old ancient town.

The Eastern Pass River flows to this spot;

the lofty western cliff stands towering in between.

It compels the water into winding secluded currents,

brewing a tranquil deep pool.

Thus it gains its elegant name through ages past and present,

a scenic resort drawing virtuous and talented souls afar.

Yet recall days of old: humble thatched cottages and crude shacks,

wasteland shrouded and folk weak and impoverished.

Roads were isolated and secluded,

no bustle of carriages and horses ever came.

To leave the village, folk clung to rope paths;

to return home, they climbed along cliff edges.

Though local specialties abounded,

no merchants came to trade back and forth.

Though the landscape was exquisite,

few flocks of birds were seen dancing in the sky.

Mountain dwellers for generations

endured the toil of endless journeys;

farmers year after year

bore the hardship of ceaseless toil.

Like a spring thunder pealing forth,

a new era and new age arrive;

generations of dedicated leaders

usher in prosperous years and golden times.

Poverty alleviation campaigns bless every mountain and river with favorable weather;

reform and opening-up bring peace and prosperity to all lands under heaven.

Behold Yanfeng Pond today:

beauty settles upon clustered peaks,

splendor overflows the mountain ridges.

Listen to this beautiful village in the new age:

joyful songs stir the earth,

merry laughter soars to the sky.

Sunlight bathes the wilderness;

rivers guard the farmland paths.

Subterranean streams cascade down precipitous cliffs;

mountain brooks glisten apart as secluded springs.

Expressways traverse mountain ranges;

modern vehicles race across the vast plains.

Rainbow-like bridges span rolling rice fields of golden waves;

bright moon lamplight ripples over vegetable terraces.

Herders' flutes echo far, chanting the abundance of rural life;

spacious courtyards sing praises of the village's prosperity.

Truly a fine landscape on earth,

a blessed homeland beneath the sky.

Wandering along stone paths amid mountains,

lingering by the railings of farm courtyards.

One deeply feels the sincere warmth of local folk,

and perceives the pure goodwill with no estrangement.

Men till the land, women weave cloth;

golden grain and silken fields resound with flute and drum.

Husbands yearn for their wives, wives cherish their husbands;

fair maidens stand graceful in the cool breeze.

Sisters stand united, forging harmony for their homeland;

brothers stride side by side, building upright and incorruptible households.

The virtues of ethnic peoples rival the grandeur of the Yangtze and Yellow Rivers;

the bearing of the Chinese nation blooms as rare exotic flowers in full splendor.

Sublime delight!

We bask in the care of the flourishing age,

blessed by the favor of benevolent policies.

Boundless joy!

We voice the heartfelt aspirations of common people,

playing the melodious movement of the times.

植根武陵山水，深耕土家文脉；从政恪尽职守，从文翰墨千秋。张祥志先生，身兼政务履历与文艺大成，以家国情怀落笔诗词楹联，凭深厚造诣享誉中外艺坛，成就斐然，声名远播寰宇。

张祥志，男，土家族，1956年出生于湖北宣恩。大专文化，中共党员，贸易经济师。仕途履历丰厚，曾任中共宣恩县纪律检查委员会常委、宣恩县劳动和社会保障局副局长兼县劳动就业管理局局长、宣恩县人力资源和社会保障局主任科员，职级晋升县处级副职。艺术身份荟萃群英，现为世界华人华侨艺术家联合会、中华诗词学会、中华当代文学学会、中国诗词家协会、中国楹联学会、湖北省中华诗词学会、湖北省楹联学会、恩施土家族苗族自治州诗词楹联学会、宣恩县诗词楹联学会会员。历任湖北省中华诗词学会、湖北省楹联学会、恩施土家族苗族自治州诗词楹联学会理事，宣恩县文联委员，宣恩县诗词楹联学会原副会长兼秘书长，《凌云风》会刊编委原副主任、原副主编、原执行主编。

同时受聘担任中国传统文化诗书画协会理事、中国诗词家协会理事、中华诗词创作研究院理事、中国名家诗书画院院士；特聘为第二届中国文艺至尊奖评委副主席、法兰西皇家画院院士、瑞典皇家画院外籍终身院士暨名誉教授、东京国家文化研究院名誉院长、中国文人研究院名誉院长、法国皇家艺术学院外籍名誉院长、圣彼得堡艺术研究院院士；任北京润格艺术品鉴定中心首席评估鉴定顾问，受邀出任中国艺术纪录片网艺术委员会名誉主席。

Profile of the Writer

Rooted in the landscapes of Wuling and dedicated to Tujia cultural heritage, Mr. Zhang Xiangzhi has served diligently in government posts while devoting himself to literary creation throughout his life. With patriotism embodied in his poems, ci poems and couplets, he has earned outstanding achievements and worldwide renown with profound artistic attainments.

Mr. Zhang Xiangzhi, male, of Tujia ethnicity, was born in Xuan’en, Hubei Province in 1956. He holds a college diploma, is a member of the Communist Party of China, and is a certified trade economist. During his official career, he once served as Member of the Standing Committee of Xuan’en County Commission for Discipline Inspection, Deputy Director of Xuan’en County Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security concurrently Director of Xuan’en County Employment Administration Bureau, and Principal Staff Member of Xuan’en County Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security. He was promoted to the sub-county-level leading position.

In literary and artistic circles, he is currently a member of the World Federation of Overseas Chinese Artists, Chinese Poetry Society, Contemporary Chinese Literature Society, Chinese Poets Association, Chinese Couplet Society, Hubei Chinese Poetry Society, Hubei Couplet Society, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Poetry and Couplet Society, as well as Xuan’en County Poetry and Couplet Society. He once served as Director of Hubei Chinese Poetry Society, Hubei Couplet Society and Enshi Prefecture Poetry and Couplet Society, Member of Xuan’en County Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Former Vice President and Secretary-General of Xuan’en County Poetry and Couplet Society, Former Deputy Director of Editorial Board, Former Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Former Executive Editor-in-Chief of the journal Lingyunfeng.

He also holds concurrent positions as Director of Chinese Traditional Culture Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Association, Director of Chinese Poets Association, Director of Chinese Poetry Creation Research Institute and Academician of China Famous Artists Academy of Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting. He was specially appointed as Vice Chairman of the Jury for the 2nd China Supreme Literature & Art Award, Academician of Royal Academy of Fine Arts of France, Lifetime Foreign Academician and Honorary Professor of Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Sweden, Honorary President of Tokyo National Culture Research Institute, Honorary President of Chinese Literati Research Institute, Foreign Honorary President of Royal Academy of Art France, and Academician of St. Petersburg Academy of Arts. As early as August 2002, he was awarded the honorary title of World Famous Person by the International Celebrity Exchange Center. In 2003, he was selected into Centennial Figures of Qingjiang River upon official approval by the CPC Enshi Prefectural Committee. Decades of persistent writing have witnessed his fruitful creations, including more than 3,000 poems and ci poems, over 600 couplets, more than 20 fu prose works and over 20 original lyrics. In April 2025, he was awarded the title of International Peace Meritorious Artist, Lifetime Art Achievement Award and International Gold Medal Artist, and obtained the professional certificate of World-Class Doctor of Art. He attended the China-Europe International Fine Art Exhibition and was granted the honorary title of China-Europe Cultural Communication Ambassador together with official medal and certificate.

In June 2025, he won the Forbes Highest International Art Honor Award, titled International Art Leader and Forbes Artist of the Year, and was invited to serve as Honorary Consultant of Ivy League Universities Alliance in the United States.

In September 2025, he claimed the Global Overseas Chinese Supreme Gold Art Award, and was named Winner of World Art Award 2025, One of the Top Ten Global Outstanding Influential Figures of 2025 and the World’s Most Influential Artist.

壑蕴灵枢凝万古烟岚 赋镌乡岳叙千秋世运高罗岩封塘赋深玄品鉴

天地鸿蒙剖判，阴阳氤氳化生，山川不以言而立道，丘壑不语而藏机。世间万象，皆承太虚气运以成形；千古人文，皆藉山水灵脉以寄魂。大凡绝代之辞章，非徒摹风月、绘烟峦、铺陈绮丽字句而已，必通造化之秘、察兴衰之理、悟古今迭代之道，融天地气机、乡土根脉、世事沧桑、家国情怀于尺幅千里之间，方可谓赋承大雅，文贯古今。武陵叠嶂蟠楚蜀之腹地，酉水萦回毓土家之灵秀，鄂西南万山纵横，藏天地未散之玄氛；岩封一塘静卧龙河，纳乾坤流转之真韵。作家张祥志濡墨挥毫，作《高罗岩封塘赋并序》，不循俗套登临咏叹，不袭庸常盛世谀辞，以崖锁江流为象，以塘藏静澜为境，以岁月嬗变为脉，以生民安乐为心，溯土司千年遗韵，叹山乡百年浮沉，歌时代鼎新鸿业，抒民族旷古胸襟。全篇气韵沉浑，对仗精工，意境幽邃，情理幽深，融老庄天地自然之哲、孔孟家国乾坤之道、武陵地域人文之韵、土家世代烟火之情于一体，字句藏玄思，篇章蕴大道，山水有宿命，时序有轮回，乡关有脉络，盛世有根源。细读此赋，可观天地阴阳相济之妙，可悟古今枯荣交替之律，可感生民冷暖浮沉之态，可瞻华夏民族和合无疆之度，非寻常山水骈赋可比，实为鄂西乡土辞赋之中，格调至高、意蕴至深、格局至阔、风骨至纯的传世鸿篇，以方寸塘池，承载万古乾坤，以一隅乡野，映照九州世运，文心通天地，墨韵贯沧桑，千载之下，依旧灵光熠熠，哲思泱泱。

大道无形，生育天地；大道无情，运行日月。世间山川胜境，皆为天地自然无意雕琢之造化，而非人力刻意营造之奇景。岩封塘一地，踞湖北宣恩高罗龙河古地，扼武陵余脉咽喉，承龙河源远流长，高罗奔江而至，绝壁横空拦截，激流折转而聚，渊潭深静天成。半里乡隅，远离尘嚣喧嚣，自成一方清幽秘境，自古便是隐逸休闲、涤心养性之胜地。寻常文人落笔，多只述地名由来、山水形貌、风光秀丽，浅尝辄止，浮于表象。而作者落笔开篇，便跳出世俗写景窠臼，以玄学气韵起笔，以龙脉格局铺陈，凌空取势，超然物外，一语定下全篇高深玄妙基调。“龙盘路雾，风卷岚烟”，八字破空而来，不直言山高水远，不直白景秀物华，以龙喻群山蜿蜒盘伏，暗合武陵龙脉绵延不绝，藏风聚气、钟灵毓秀、阴阳和合、气运绵长。山路隐于迷雾，烟岚随风舒卷，静中有动，动中藏静，虚虚实实，朦朦胧胧，恰好契合中华传统文化天人合一、虚实相生、动静相宜的至高哲学意境。雾锁山路，是天地暗藏玄机；岚烟漫岭，是山川自生灵气，一开篇便超脱世俗山水描写，上升至天地气运、风水灵脉、自然哲思高度，格调瞬间高远深邃，迥异世间所有平庸赋文。

继而铺陈全域山水格局，“群山环抱四寨，一水蜿流二峦”，环山为聚，绕水为灵，四寨人居点缀山间，双峦对峙镇守河口，山水相依，村寨相融，阴阳环抱，内外相生，构成完整闭环的自然风水格局与人居生态格局。群山为阴，流水为阳，村寨为人，峦峰为势，天地人三才合一，自然万物共生共息，这便是中华上古传承至今的人居大道，朴素而深奥，简约而玄妙。作者继而纵横古今名胜，横跨南北疆域，以西子东湖喻沿岸风物秀美，以南镇北埠喻乡土物产丰饶，不卑不亢，不矜不夸，并非此地风光比肩江南名湖，亦非乡野物产匹敌天下商埠，而是喻指武陵秘境，兼具江南温婉灵秀与北疆雄浑厚重，天地馈赠不分南北，自然造化无分优劣，深山幽隅，自有不输天下的灵韵与宝藏。云蒸霞蔚，是天光地气相交；花荣草丰，是四时生机不息，日月轮转，寒暑更替，万物生生不息，永无断绝。白日怀想远古土司礼乐悠长丝竹，穿越千年岁月悠悠不绝；静夜聆听古镇溪涧潺潺流水，历经百代时光滔滔向前。土司文脉是此地历史根魂，古镇流水是此地岁月年轮，一古一今，一虚一实，一声一景，一念一情，时空交错，古今相融，山水不再是冰冷山石流水，而是承载民族记忆、历史传承、岁月印记的精神载体。
