Outside Sheng’an Shrine, scented waters play;
How busy breeze arrays the vernal day.
Half a slant cherry graces the old bower;
A bank of new willows combs sunrise shower.
Startled fish flee from old dames’ mighty song;
Leisured elders in the bower chat along.
Only a few youths on the bridge stand by,
Talking of the past with a grieving sigh.

By Shen’an Shrine, the perfumed water glows,
The busy vernal breeze a clean-up blows.
Half slant cherry brightens the old bower,
New willows comb dawn’s gold at sunrise hour.
Fishes start at old dames’ vigorous song,
Pavilions share wise elders’ talks—how long!
Only two or three souls by bridge remain,
Guiding all comers—yet their own hearts pain.

姚泉名，号涿庵，湖北武汉人。中华诗词学会常务理事、湖北省荆门聂绀弩诗词研究基金会代理理事长。著《奓湖轩诗草》《竹笑集》等。
YAO Quanming, Dripping Water Lodge by literary name, a native of Wuhan, Hubei Province. The poet is Director of Chinese Poetry Association, and Acting Chairman of Nie Gannu’s Poetry Research Foundation of Jingmen, Hubei Province. He authored Poetry Anthology of Lake-of-Dreams Hut, and An Anthology of Bamboos Swaying in the Wind. (周雅雅 译)

LYU Wenpeng, a native of Tianshui, Gansu Province; Associate Professor of English and MA Supervisor at Northwest Normal University, Director of Chinese Culture Translation and International Promotion Committee, of Chinese Classics Bilinguals' Association, and of Gansu Provincial Translators' Association. She specializes in applied linguistics and studies of translator behavior and of translation of Chinese classics.

舒恩江，浙江新昌人。翻译专业资格考试英语二级，高中英语高级教师，“开心挑战中译英”微信群群主，个人微信公众号“天姥英语桥”。本人喜欢旅游、摄影、英语教学、以译会友。

Shu Enjiang, a native of Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province, holds a CATTI Level 2 Certificate in English Translation and is a Senior High School English Teacher.
