植根武陵山水,深耕土家文脉;从政恪尽职守,从文翰墨千秋。张祥志先生,身兼政务履历与文艺大成,以家国情怀落笔诗词楹联,凭深厚造诣享誉中外艺坛,成就斐然,声名远播寰宇。
张祥志,男,土家族,1956年出生于湖北宣恩。大专文化,中共党员,贸易经济师。仕途履历丰厚,曾任中共宣恩县纪律检查委员会常委、宣恩县劳动和社会保障局副局长兼县劳动就业管理局局长、宣恩县人力资源和社会保障局主任科员,职级晋升县处级副职。艺术身份荟萃群英,现为世界华人华侨艺术家联合会、中华诗词学会、中华当代文学学会、中国诗词家协会、中国楹联学会、湖北省中华诗词学会、湖北省楹联学会、恩施土家族苗族自治州诗词楹联学会、宣恩县诗词楹联学会会员。历任湖北省中华诗词学会、湖北省楹联学会、恩施土家族苗族自治州诗词楹联学会理事,宣恩县文联委员,宣恩县诗词楹联学会原副会长兼秘书长,《凌云风》会刊编委原副主任、原副主编、原执行主编。
同时受聘担任中国传统文化诗书画协会理事、中国诗词家协会理事、中华诗词创作研究院理事、中国名家诗书画院院士;特聘为第二届中国文艺至尊奖评委副主席、法兰西皇家画院院士、瑞典皇家画院外籍终身院士暨名誉教授、东京国家文化研究院名誉院长、中国文人研究院名誉院长、法国皇家艺术学院外籍名誉院长、圣彼得堡艺术研究院院士;任北京润格艺术品鉴定中心首席评估鉴定顾问,受邀出任中国艺术纪录片网艺术委员会名誉主席。
早在2002年8月,便被国际名人交流中心授予世界知名人士荣誉称号;2003年,经中共恩施州委审定,光荣入选百年清江人物。数十载潜心创作、笔耕不辍,累计原创诗词3000余首(阕)、楹联600余副、辞赋20余篇、歌词20余首。个人从政履职事迹及诗词、楹联、辞赋、散文、歌词等精品力作,先后入编世界级、国家级、省级及地方各类典籍丛书、报刊杂志百余部。

Profile of the Writer
Rooted in the landscapes of Wuling and dedicated to Tujia cultural heritage, Mr. Zhang Xiangzhi has served diligently in government posts while devoting himself to literary creation throughout his life. With patriotism embodied in his poems, ci poems and couplets, he has earned outstanding achievements and worldwide renown with profound artistic attainments.
Mr. Zhang Xiangzhi, male, of Tujia ethnicity, was born in Xuan’en, Hubei Province in 1956. He holds a college diploma, is a member of the Communist Party of China, and is a certified trade economist. During his official career, he once served as Member of the Standing Committee of Xuan’en County Commission for Discipline Inspection, Deputy Director of Xuan’en County Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security concurrently Director of Xuan’en County Employment Administration Bureau, and Principal Staff Member of Xuan’en County Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security. He was promoted to the sub-county-level leading position.
In literary and artistic circles, he is currently a member of the World Federation of Overseas Chinese Artists, Chinese Poetry Society, Contemporary Chinese Literature Society, Chinese Poets Association, Chinese Couplet Society, Hubei Chinese Poetry Society, Hubei Couplet Society, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Poetry and Couplet Society, as well as Xuan’en County Poetry and Couplet Society. He once served as Director of Hubei Chinese Poetry Society, Hubei Couplet Society and Enshi Prefecture Poetry and Couplet Society, Member of Xuan’en County Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Former Vice President and Secretary-General of Xuan’en County Poetry and Couplet Society, Former Deputy Director of Editorial Board, Former Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Former Executive Editor-in-Chief of the journal Lingyunfeng.
He also holds concurrent positions as Director of Chinese Traditional Culture Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Association, Director of Chinese Poets Association, Director of Chinese Poetry Creation Research Institute and Academician of China Famous Artists Academy of Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting. He was specially appointed as Vice Chairman of the Jury for the 2nd China Supreme Literature & Art Award, Academician of Royal Academy of Fine Arts of France, Lifetime Foreign Academician and Honorary Professor of Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Sweden, Honorary President of Tokyo National Culture Research Institute, Honorary President of Chinese Literati Research Institute, Foreign Honorary President of Royal Academy of Art France, and Academician of St. Petersburg Academy of Arts. He serves as Chief Appraisal and Evaluation Consultant of Beijing Runge Artwork Appraisal Center and Honorary Chairman of Art Committee of China Art Documentary Network.
As early as August 2002, he was awarded the honorary title of World Famous Person by the International Celebrity Exchange Center. In 2003, he was selected into Centennial Figures of Qingjiang River upon official approval by the CPC Enshi Prefectural Committee. Decades of persistent writing have witnessed his fruitful creations, including more than 3,000 poems and ci poems, over 600 couplets, more than 20 fu prose works and over 20 original lyrics. In April 2025, he was awarded the title of International Peace Meritorious Artist, Lifetime Art Achievement Award and International Gold Medal Artist, and obtained the professional certificate of World-Class Doctor of Art. 灵岳涵元凝万象 词裁四序冠荆湘 笔凌云汉昭世境流芳

玄窍开而山川孕秀,元气流而风雅赓延。天地以形胜为骨,四时以灵韵为魂,文人以寸管为舟,往来于丘壑烟霞之间,探造化之幽微,察生民之变迁,此乃华夏辞章亘古不易的大道。山川不言,却藏宇宙运化之理;草木无心,亦载人间烟火之态。古来登高作赋、临景抒怀者众,或溺于山水形色而耽于虚景,或囿于一己情志而格局偏狭,能融天地时序、山野生机、世风新貌、人文哲思于一阕词章,打通自然道韵与时代肌理、乡土文脉与天地大观者,千百年来寥寥可数。张祥志先生所作《沁园春·采风椿木营》,便是立于武陵崇峰之上,以词为镜,照见四时轮转、山川灵秀;以笔为铎,鸣响乡野新生、时代强音。此作脱凡境、离俗调,循音律之正,拓词境之深,融道、景、情、世于一体,于当代山水词作之中拔萃群伦、独占鳌头。其文奥旨深藏,气韵雄阔,字句之间既有鸿蒙山川的本源气象,亦有当代乡土的文明新章,兼传统词学的法度精髓与独步古今的艺术创见,非胸藏丘壑、深谙文脉、洞观世变者,绝难落笔至此等化境。

武陵一脉,横亘西南,接巴蜀之灵,连楚巫之韵,是上古巴文化、土家文脉的发祥之地,亦是天地钟灵毓秀的秘境。椿木营雄踞武陵群山腹地,七峰并峙,连袂而立,群峦层叠,直刺云天,万仞危崖凌空拔起,凌驾尘寰之上。这片土地远离市井喧嚣,却自远古以来便受山川元气滋养,峰峦蓄阴阳之气,溪谷藏风雨之变,草木承四时之泽,生灵沐天地之和。张祥志先生生于宣恩,长于武陵山水之间,半生踏遍乡关岭壑,与这片山川血脉相融、心神相通。其笔墨根基,并非书斋里临摹仿古的刻意雕琢,而是数十载与山野朝夕相伴、体察天地运化、体悟乡土人情后自然生发的文心。先生身为土家族贤达,承土家先民质朴豪迈、崇文善咏的文化基因,又历宦海历练,察民生百态,通世路兴衰,故而观山不是山,临水不止水。登临椿木营之巅,目之所及,是峰岳形胜;心之所思,是四时天道;意之所寄,是乡土新生;笔之所至,是古今文脉。一阕《沁园春》,以长调铺陈全景,依词牌格律层层推演,上阕摹山川四时之天造,下阕绘云峰人居之世相,由天地自然转入人间生息,由古之山野递嬗至今之盛景,虚实相生,表里互映,义理幽邃,气势磅礴,构筑起一重又一重深邃的审美境界与精神境界。

词之开篇,起笔便破空而来,直写椿木营地理形胜:“武陵名山,七峰连袂,万仞摩空。”三句十三字,举重若轻,以极简炼的笔法勾勒出主景骨架,立全词雄健高远之基调。“武陵名山”四字,溯源地域文脉,将此山纳入千古名山体系,点明其并非寻常丘山,而是承载一方地域文化、自然道韵的灵岳。“七峰连袂”巧用拟人之法,群山比肩相依,如贤士携手、群彦相聚,静中有动,冷硬的山石峰峦被赋予人情意态,既写山势连绵簇拥之态,又暗合采风雅士同游共赏、同道相携之意,一语双关,意蕴含蓄幽远。“万仞摩空”更是笔力千钧,以夸张笔法极言山势高峻,危峰直抵苍穹,隔断尘俗,写出山岳凌驾八荒、气吞云汉的磅礴气势。开篇三句,无多余修饰,不描花树烟霞,先立山体、塑山魂,以天地山川的宏大格局开篇,跳出传统山水词先写花草风物的俗套,格局自开,境界自高。这亦是先生词作一贯的特质:先立大境,再铺细景,由宏入微,由天入人,循由大及小、由道及物的行文逻辑,暗合道家“天地生万物”的哲思,深奥之义,隐于开篇数语之间。

上阕继山势之后,分写春夏秋冬四季景致,铺展四时流转、气象万千的山野画卷,一句一境,一季一韵,将椿木营四季风物、风云雨雾尽数收于笔端。“看春风温暖,云成冠盖;夏风湿润,雨作霓虹。”春与夏两两对举,句法工整,恪守《沁园春》长短错落、对仗精工的词牌体制,格律谨严,辞意灵动。春日登临,山风煦暖,拂遍千峰万壑,山间云气升腾,缭绕峰巅,层层叠叠如云冠华盖,覆于群峰之上。“云成冠盖”四字,取天地云气为山岳冠冕,想象奇绝,意境雍容,将春日云山写得气象华贵,浑然有仙家洞府、灵岳仙山之态。及至盛夏,山风清润,涤尽暑气,山中骤雨初歇,水雾折射天光,化作七彩虹霓悬于天际。夏雨、霓虹相映,勾勒出盛夏山林清奇灵动的样貌。春之温煦如云冕加身,夏之清润似虹彩凌空,一柔一艳,一静一动,把武陵深山春夏独有的气象描摹得形神兼备。

笔锋再转,落笔秋光:“每到秋来,凉风习习,五彩斑斓点碧穹。”秋气肃降,山野清风徐来,沁人心脾。武陵深山植被繁茂,层林经秋霜浸染,丹黄橙绿,五色交织,斑斓树色映照澄澈碧空,天地之间色彩明丽,相映成趣。“点碧穹”三字堪称神来之笔,山野林木本在地面,而秋色绚烂,光影上接云天,仿佛以斑斓彩笔点染苍穹,视角由地面抬升至长空,空间维度骤然拓宽,画面纵深感拉至极致。秋之清旷、绚烂、高远,尽在其中。
结上阕以冬景收束四季:“冬风起、更茫茫一片,雪作披风。”朔风漫卷,大雪覆山,千里银装,四野茫茫。群山褪去四时华彩,归于素白苍茫,漫天飞雪缠绕峰峦,如同天地为崇山披上素色披风。“雪作披风”延续前文拟人笔法,以飞雪为山岳衣袂,写尽冬日群山雄浑苍茫、孤高绝尘的气度。自春云、夏雨、秋林而至冬雪,四时景致次第铺陈,风、云、雨、虹、霜、雪诸般天象轮番登场,山之形、气、色、神随四季流转而变幻无穷。整段上阕,摹写自然造化,循四时更迭之天道,绘山岳灵秀之百态,景中有律,象中有理。表面是描摹山水风光,内里是体悟天地阴阳消长、四时运化不息的自然大道。词人静观山川四季,实则是观天地、察时序、悟本源,景为表,道为里,表层是山水辞章,深层是天人合一的哲思,幽邃之处,正在于此。

上阕尽写天地自然之大美,状山岳四时之灵韵,境界雄阔,气象万千;下阕笔锋一转,由天外奇峰转入云峰人居,由纯粹的自然景观切入人间烟火、乡土民生、时代新貌,完成从“天境”到“人境”的过渡,词的内涵就此再度深化,格局亦再度升华。“我今登顶云峰。居然有、琼楼隐树中。”过片一句承上启下,直抒登临之举。词人踏云而上,立于群峰之巅,本以为深山绝顶唯有荒林险峰、云气风雪,却忽见林木掩映之间,楼宇错落,雅致俨然,恍若仙宫琼阁隐于翠树深山。“居然”二字藏惊喜之情,打破世人对深山僻岭荒寂苦寒的固有认知,笔锋一转,生出意外之趣,也顺势引出深山之中人居兴旺、村落繁盛的现实图景。昔日武陵深山,地处偏远,行路艰难,人迹罕至;如今峰峦之上楼宇俨然,人居安乐,一字转折,暗含时代变迁、乡土振兴的宏大主题,词意由赏景转入观世,立意层层递进。

继而铺写山间田园生机与山野意趣:“听菜田上下,时时鸟语;药园内外,处处鸣虫。”视角由远观楼宇转为近察田园,视觉之景褪去,听觉之境铺开,一田一园,一鸟一虫,勾勒出深山农家悠然自在的日常生趣。椿木营山地高寒,因地制宜广种药材、蔬果,良田依山而辟,菜圃药园错落山间,生机盎然。田野之间,飞鸟啁啾,虫鸣四起,声声相和,动静相融,声色并茂。这一联对仗工整,句式依词牌法度而行,景是乡野实景,情是恬淡闲情,却并非寻常隐逸文人避世的闲适。此处的鸟语虫鸣,是乡土沃土孕育的生机,是百姓躬耕劳作之余的安宁,是山野人间最质朴的幸福图景。词人以聆听万物之声,体察乡土生息之乐,笔触温润,心怀悲悯,尽显对乡土民生的关切。
田园之外,再写通途往来、商贸流通,描摹深山巨变:“砼道弯弯,商车来去,汽笛声声破玉宫。”这三句是全词点题升华之笔,亦是区分传统山水词与当代采风词的关键所在。弯弯水泥公路盘旋于崇山峻岭之间,昔日羊肠险径化作康庄坦途;货运车辆往来穿梭,山乡物产走出深山,连通外界;阵阵汽笛响彻云峰幽谷,冲破了深山千年的静谧,也冲破了旧时封闭落后的格局。“玉宫”二字呼应前文“琼楼”,将云山胜境比作仙府玉宇,现代车船汽笛之声回荡于仙境一般的深山之中,古典意境与现代文明相融相撞,非但不显违和,反而生出新旧交融、古今共生的独特韵味。千年武陵深山,不再与世隔绝,道路通、商贸兴、人流聚,闭塞之地变为通达之乡,古老山野焕发现代生机。词人没有刻意铺陈赞美之词,仅以道路、车辆、汽笛三个具象物象,便将乡村发展、交通变革、产业兴旺的时代风貌尽数展现,以景载事,以物言变,含蓄深沉,力透纸背。

词之结句,宕开一笔,留无尽余味:“农闲处,问何人立壁,指点西东?”农事已闲,山野之间有人伫立崖壁之侧,抬手遥指四方,辨山川方位,论乡野前景,谈前路方向。结尾一问,不答而答,余韵悠悠。这驻足指点之人,或是乡中父老,或是基层从业者,或是同游采风之士。他们立于高山之巅,放眼四方,指点山河,谋划发展,目光所及,是山川远景,是乡土未来。这一问,收束全篇,将词境从眼前实景延伸至未来愿景,从当下的山乡盛景,升华为对故土发展、文脉延续、民生安乐的美好期许。全词至此戛然而止,字面收束,意蕴却绵延不尽,引人遐思。
通览全阕《沁园春·采风椿木营》,依《沁园春》正体格律填写,平仄合度,句读分明,长短错落,对仗精工,严守千年词学的法度规范,足见作者深耕古典词学数十年的扎实功底。从文体技艺而论,此作谋篇布局极尽巧思:上阕摹天造山川、四时风物,由山势到四季,由宏观峰岳到微观气象,自上而下,由外而内,铺展自然天地的完整画卷;下阕写人居田园、通途商贸、人间情态,由登临所见的楼宇,到田园声趣,再到交通商贸,最后以人物远景收束,由景入人,由古入今,由静态风物到动态世情。上下两阕,一写天地自然,一写人间世相,天人相映,景世相融,结构严谨,脉络贯通,起承转合浑然天成,毫无雕琢痕迹。
