岑参，唐朝最伟大的边塞诗人，其最杰出的七言古诗就是这首「白雪歌送武判官归京」。原文如下：
北风卷地白草折，
胡天八月即飞雪。
忽如一夜春风来，
千树万树梨花开。
散入珠帘湿罗幕，
狐裘不暖锦衾薄。
将军角弓不得控，
都护铁衣冷难着。
瀚海阑干百丈冰，
愁云惨淡万里凝。
中军置酒饮归客，
胡琴琵琶与羌笛。
纷纷暮雪下辕门，
风掣红旗冻不翻。
轮台东门送君去，
去时雪满天山路。
山回路转不见君，
雪上空留马行处。
这首以白雪，惜别，珍重再见为主题的诗，大意如下：
北风席卷着大地，吹折了白草。胡人居住的边塞荒地，天气到了八月，就会白雪纷飞。一夜间，忽然成千上万的树木披上白雪，好似春风刚刚吹来，造成梨花盛开一般美丽。雪花片片散入珠帘，弄湿了罗幕，天气冷得连狐裘都觉得穿不暖和，锦被也显得单薄。将军的角弓冻得无法掌控拉开，都护的铁甲也冷得难以穿着。沙漠结冰纵横有百丈深，万里长空也凝聚着惨淡愁云。主帅在帐中摆酒为归客饯行，胡琴琵琶羌笛都拿来助兴。傍晚的大雪纷纷落到营门，风打在冻僵的红旗却无法牵动着它。在轮台东门我送你离去。你离去时大雪已经覆满天山的道路。山回路转我渐渐的看不见你，最后我只能在白雪上看到你们一行人马蹄走过的痕迹。
岑参（715～770）唐代诗人。原籍南阳（今河南），迁居江陵（今湖北）。他在唐玄宗天宝三年（744）29岁时考取进士。天宝八年，担任安西四镇节度使高仙芝幕府书记，初次出塞，满怀报国壮志,想在戎马生涯开创前程，但未能得志。他于天宝十年回到长安，与杜甫、高适交往，深受他们启迪。在天宝十三年他又再度出塞充当安西北庭节度使封常清的判官，报国立功之情更为殷切，他一共待在边塞六年。身临其境感受边塞风光。他的边塞诗名作都是在这个时候写的。唐诗三百首中一共收录了七首岺参的诗，其中三首便是边塞诗即「走马川行奉送封大夫出师西征」，「轮台歌奉送封大夫出师西征」和「白雪歌送武判官归京」。其中以这首白雪歌最有名气。岑参在这首诗中，以浪漫奔放的笔触来描写西北边塞的壮丽景色，以及军中送战友的诚挚感情。全诗不断的变化白雪画面，化景为情，慷慨悲凉，浑然天成，雄伟壮观。岑参另一首名诗「走马川行奉送封大夫出师西征」更是威武雄壮。
君不见走马川行雪海边，平沙莽莽黄入天。
轮台九月风夜吼，一川碎石大如斗，随风满地石乱走。
匈奴草黄马正肥，金山西见烟尘飞，汉家大将西出师。
将军金甲夜不脱，半夜军行戈相拨，风头如刀面如割。
马毛带雪汗气蒸，五花连钱旋作冰，幕中草檄砚水凝。
虏骑闻之应胆慑，料知短兵不敢接，车师西门伫献捷。
岑参的「白雪歌送武判官归京」。七言古诗18句共126字，我在2021年有感而发，用五个80F画板，黑底白字，草书书法，一气呵成，磅礡壮观。此等诗歌，图形不如文字，文字莫过书法，草书全文，想象力丰富、力道无限。艺术贵在多样性，用各种方式去表达一件事情，就可能出现杰作。有时候当时不被看好的作品，却能够后来名传千古。所以艺术创作要不断尝试，不停创新，不择手段，不计成本，不畏失败，就有机会成功。

The north wind rolled over the ground and bent all white grasses .
In such a remote place ,the sky would be filled with flying snow even as early as in August.The snow came suddenly previous night and had turned every tree to white just like the spring wind that could make tens of thousands of pear flowers in blooming .

狐裘不暖锦衾薄。
将军角弓不得控，
都护铁衣冷难着。
The snow entered the pearl blinds and had wetted the silk curtains.The weather was so cold that a fur coat failed to keep enough warmth and a cotton mat seemed too flimsy.The general’s horn bow was too rigid to be controlled and the protectorate’s iron garment was too cold to be worn.
瀚海阑干百丈冰 ,
愁云惨淡万里凝。
中军置酒饮归客，
胡琴琵琶与羌笛。
The great desert was vertically and horizontally covered by fathomless ice.
The gloomy cloudsthat brought dismay were frozen in the sky over ten-thousand miles.
The chief general prepared wine to host a banquet for the returning guest and
played him with foreign musical instruments of huqin ,pipa and qiangdi.
纷纷暮雪下辕门，
风掣红旗冻不翻。
轮台东门送君去，
去时雪满天山路。
One by one,the evening snowflakes fell down to the camp gate.The wind tugged at the red flag but it was too frozen to flutter.I saw you off at the eastern gate of Luntai,At that time ,the roads of Heaven Mountain were completely covered by snow .
山回路转不见君，
雪上空留马行处。
Soon I lost sight of you as you followed the turns of the mountains with winding paths.
