Yuan Shumin: Founder of Fengpao Embroidery Village, Shantou Arts and Crafts Artist, Vice President of Shantou Arts and Crafts Association, representative inheritor of the third generation of Chaozhou embroidery, and also a member of Shantou Democratic Promotion Association and Shantou Folk Literature and Art Association. The Fengpao Embroidery Village under her leadership is the inheritance base of folk culture and art in Shantou City.

The Chaozhou embroidery technique has been passed down from generation to generation in the Yuan family, with a profound foundation. Grandfather Yuan Tiande has been deeply involved in the design and inheritance of Chaozhou embroidery for decades, laying the foundation for the family's craftsmanship; Father Yuan Runqin devoted half his life to manual embroidery, leading more than 300 embroiderers to pass on the art and maintain the profession during its heyday, and building a solid foundation for the inheritance of Chaozhou embroidery. Yuan Shumin has been studying needlework with her elders since childhood, and has been deeply involved in the fields of professional art and modern design. She blends traditional techniques such as "padding, folding, weaving, and embroidery" with contemporary aesthetics, while adhering to endangered techniques such as eel bone embroidery and gold thread embroidery, and injecting new vitality into traditional trendy embroidery.

In 2016, Yuan Shumin founded Fengpao Embroidery Village, creating a large-scale non heritage oriented industrial pattern, constructing a 3000 square meter boutique exhibition hall and intangible cultural heritage exhibition hall, focusing on three major areas: high-end collections, sacred clothing, and palace and temple ceremonies. Adhering to the standard of pure handmade craftsmanship, the works are exported to both domestic and foreign markets, becoming an important link in folk cultural exchange. She deeply cultivates her skills and has won numerous awards. Her works have won multiple gold medals in national and provincial arts and crafts competitions. Her personal achievements have been published in authoritative media such as Yangcheng Evening News, Shantou Daily, Huaren Headlines, and Taiwanese newspapers.

She uses new media to promote the breaking of the circle of trendy embroidery, and has a wide influence on the entire network. 袁淑敏:凤袍绣庄创始人、汕头市工艺美术师、汕头市工艺美术协会副会长，潮绣第三代代表性传承人，同时是汕头市民主促进会会员、汕头市民间文艺家协会会员，其执掌的凤袍绣庄为汕头市民间文化艺术传承基地。

潮绣技艺于袁氏家族世代相承，底蕴深厚。祖父袁天德深耕潮绣设计与技艺传承数十年，奠定家族工艺根基;父亲袁润钦坚守手工绣艺半生，鼎盛时期带领三百余位绣娘传艺守业，筑牢潮绣传承脉络。袁淑敏自幼随长辈研习针法，先后深耕专业美术与现代设计领域，将传统“垫、叠、织、绣”绝技与当代美学相融，既坚守鳝鱼骨绣、金线绣等濒危技艺，又为传统潮绣注入全新生命力。

2016年，袁淑敏创立凤袍绣庄，打造规模化非遗产业化格局，建设三千平方米精品展厅与非遗展馆，聚焦高端藏品、神尊圣衣、宫庙仪仗三大领域，坚守纯手工精工标准，作品远销海内外，成为民俗文化交流的重要纽带。她深耕技艺、屡获殊荣，作品先后斩获国家级、省级工艺美术大赛金奖多项，个人事迹登载羊城晚报、汕头日报、华人头条、台湾报刊多家权威媒体。
