Li Haifeng, courtesy name Bolin, was born in Wuhan, Hubei Province. He holds a doctoral degree.
He is a member and examiner of the Expert Committee for Calligraphy Grading of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a National First-Class Artist, Director of the Calligraphers Association of Central State Organs, Senior Registered Teacher of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, Director of the National Federation of Celebrities in Painting and Calligraphy Art, and member of the Calligraphy Art Committee of the Chinese Couplet Society.
He also serves as Director of the Chinese Painters and Calligraphers Association, Honorary President of China Wangduo Painting Academy, Director of China Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Institute, Consultant of the Cultural Relics Exchange Center under the Chinese Society for Cultural Relics Studies, Deputy Secretary-General of the Working Committee for Promoting Chinese Culture to Thousands of Families, and Deputy Director of the Institute of Cultural Relics and Artworks under the Chinese Academy of Management Science.
Additionally, he is a State Gift Artist specially appointed by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, Chief Editor of China Online Calligraphy Education, Director of Hubei Calligraphy Grading Center, Executive President of Hubei Cultural Industry Association, Deputy Secretary-General of Hubei Arts and Crafts Association, Chairman of Hubei Painters and Calligraphers Friendship Association, and Dean of the Calligraphy Research Institute affiliated to Hubei Calligraphy Grading Center.



His works include Travel Ten Thousand Miles, Read Ten Thousand Volumes, Stay True to Our Original Aspiration, Work Together to Build a New Partnership of Win-Win Cooperation and Forge a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind, as well as several Tang poems. These creations feature profound conceptions. He applies central brushwork with full brush pressure, using reverse entry and horizontal delivery, and consistently concealing brush tips in a style between regular script and cursive script.
Upon close observation, the strokes alternate between slender and robust forms, free from rigid geometric shapes. The brushwork is vigorous and powerful, revealing unrestrained artistic verve. The ink application is fluid and well-proportioned. The overall composition, brushstrokes and blank spaces are harmoniously arranged. Through calligraphy, he vividly tells Chinese stories.

—— 品读李海峰先生书法艺术
荆楚文脉绵延千载,自古便是翰墨沃土。生于武汉、身负博士学识的李海峰先生,深耕书道数十载,身兼中国书协考级专家、国家一级美术师等数十项专业职务,以深厚学养为骨,以笔墨法度为肌,在传统书法的传承与创新间走出独树一帜的艺术道路。观其一系列书法作品,可见先生融碑帖底蕴、人文哲思、时代气韵于尺素,笔下既有法度严谨的学术规范,亦有直抒胸臆的文人情怀,是当代书坛兼具理论高度与创作温度的代表性书家。
李海峰先生的书法根基,扎根于对传统经典的深度研习。从《兰亭集序》集字横幅 “临风朗咏畅怀人,情寄日欣会有同可比;贤清兴永如流无尽岁长春”,便能窥见其对二王行书体系的纯熟驾驭。此幅红底金字作品取法兰亭笔意,线条温润流动,字势错落相生,章法疏密均衡,字字保留晋代行书潇洒冲淡的气韵,却又未泥古复刻。先生以当代审美重构布局,金色墨色衬朱红底,兼具雅致与喜庆,将文人雅集的闲适意境凝于笔墨,可见其对经典帖学拆解、重组、再造的扎实功力。作为书法考级资深考官,他深谙历代书体演变脉络,落笔处处恪守古法规范,点画提按、转折使转皆有来路,彰显出专业书家严谨的学术底色。
在书体风格的多元探索上,先生打通行、草、榜书等多种门类,依文本意境切换笔墨语言,做到书为心声。四字榜书 “学而不厌” 取宽博开张之势,笔画厚重沉稳,留白疏朗开阔,以雄健大字诠释治学修身的儒家内核;红底竖幅 “仁者寿” 简净大气,笔墨凝练古朴,寥寥三字尽释儒家仁善长寿的生命哲思,适用于贺寿、修身等诸多场景。草书作品更见先生洒脱心性,“山重水复疑无路,柳暗花明又一村” 一气呵成,长短线条纵横交错,枯湿浓淡层次分明,行草连绵处气韵贯通,将诗句中豁然开朗的心境诉诸飞动笔墨;斗方草书 “山中不多玉,尘世少世人” 线条简约空灵,留白悠远,藏隐逸淡泊的文人气;“宠辱不惊,闲看庭前花开花落;去留无意,漫随天外云卷云舒” 长幅行草,快慢节奏起伏有致,柔润线条消解俗世浮躁,尽显从容通透的人生格局。
除却抒情诗词、修身格言,先生亦善书写生活哲思短句,红底行书 “心有丘壑,方寸藏于世俗人间” 是其心境写照。字形大小错落,开合有度,刚柔相济,直白道出文人入世而不流俗、内心自有山河的精神追求。纵观全部作品,可见先生书法有两大鲜明特质:其一,文墨共生,所有书写内容皆取自传统儒道经典、千古诗词,文字自带深厚文化内涵,笔墨为文字赋能,文字为笔墨立魂,真正实现 “诗书一体”;其二,雅俗共赏,既能作可供专业研讨的法度草书,亦能创作适配大众审美的吉祥榜书,红底金字、素纸墨痕两种形制兼顾厅堂装饰与文房清赏,跳出书坛曲高和寡的局限。
李海峰先生的艺术成就,离不开其横跨学术、教育、创作的多元积淀。博士学识赋予他解读书法美学的理论深度,多年书法考级、书画协会履职经历,让他始终清醒把握传统书法的传承脉络。他不偏执于碑、帖任一门户,兼容晋帖的飘逸、唐楷的端正、宋草的洒脱,取百家之长化为自家笔墨。当代不少书家或重技法而缺文气,或重抒情而失法度,先生恰好平衡二者:理论上深谙书法审美体系,创作中不被规矩束缚,笔墨里始终充盈文人悲悯、旷达、自省的真挚情感。
笔墨之道,实则为人之道。李海峰先生以书卷涵养笔墨,以笔墨承载初心,一纸一墨间,是对千年书法文脉的坚守,亦是当代知识分子温润通透的精神表达。在浮躁喧嚣的当下,他沉心守砚,借书法传递修身向善、豁达从容的价值追求,让传统笔墨重新走进大众生活。其作品既有可供学界研读的技法价值,亦有抚慰人心的精神力量,于荆楚翰墨长河中,书写出属于这个时代温润厚重的笔墨篇章。







李海峰,字柏霖,湖北省武汉市人,博士。中国书法家协会考级专家委员会委员,考官;国家一级美术师,中央国家机关书法家协会理事、中国书法家协会高级注册教师、全国名人书画艺术界联合会主任委员、中国楹联学会书法艺术委员会委员、中国书画家联谊会理事、中国王铎画院名誉院长、中国书画艺术研究院理事、中国文物学会文物交流中心顾问、中国文化进万家工作委员会办公室副秘书长、中国管理科学研究院文物艺术品研究所副所长、中国国务院国礼特供艺术家、《中国书法教育在线》总编辑、湖北省书法考级中心主任、湖北省文化产业协会执行会长、湖北省工艺美术协会副秘书长、湖北省书画家联谊会主席、湖北省书法考级中心书法研究院院长。
2010 年,应日本文化省邀请,在日本东京美术馆成功举办了个人书法作品展,展出部分作品由美术馆收藏,另有佳作一幅由前日本首相村田富士个人收藏。
2012 年,为湖北希望工程第三界慈善晚宴专门创作的书法作品《黄鹤楼送孟浩然之广陵》,一举拍出 71.8 万元,创下了湖北省当代书法作品拍卖的最高记录。
2015年,在湖北宜昌市创立了李海峰文博堂(三峡)艺术馆。
2017年,创立了李海峰文博堂(深圳)艺术馆。
2018年,落成了李海峰文博堂(成都)艺术馆。
2018年,由国家创新与发展战略研究会中国人民外交学会,二十一世纪理事会,北京市人民政府共同主办的第三届“读懂中国”大型国际会议在首都北京隆重召开,六幅作品入选本次活动丝路文化与艺术列展。
《行万里路读万卷书》《不忘初心》《携手构建合作共赢新伙伴同心打造人类命运同体》及几首唐诗作品,创作立意高,其用笔中锋铺毫,逆入平出,藏峰一致,非真非草。细看稼纤间出,离方遁圆,筋力老健,风骨洒脱,墨纵有余,肥瘠相称,章法布局笔触、间白风格和谐,用书法讲述中国故事。
