Chang Shifu, pen name Chang Zhen. Born in 1961 in Longxi, Gansu Province. He holds a bachelor’s degree and is a Senior Secondary School Fine Arts Teacher.
He is currently a member of the International Chinese Artists Association, a member of Gansu Artists Association, and an Honorary Director of Beijing Yihai Danqing Calligraphy and Painting Academy. He serves as a specially invited creative committee member of the Culture Research Center under the Ministry of Culture, a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Academy of China Education Television, a painting and calligraphy committee member for the New Literary and Art Groups of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Federation, and Honorary Curator of the Painting and Calligraphy Museum under the National Arts Committee. The International Brand Union of CCTV Starlight Film & Television Park awarded him a bronze plaque inscribed with State Gift Art Master Chang Shifu Studio.
Chang Shifu was selected as one of the China Good Brand · Brand Influential Painters and Calligraphers of 2016, and listed among the 30 Most Influential Figures in Contemporary Art Circles. He specializes in freehand figure painting. His works feature grand momentum, vivid verve and reverence for nature, pursuing the integrated artistic conception of poetry, calligraphy and painting. His creations are distinguished by profound artistic mood, imposing vigor and unrestrained boldness.
His artworks have won gold, silver and bronze awards in national large-scale art exhibitions and competitions. In October 2007, UNESCO conferred upon him the Gold Medal for Fine Arts under the Cultural and Art Category of the Human Contribution Award, alongside the honorary title of Meritorious Figure of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage. His profile has been included in the Literary and Art Yearbook compiled by the Chinese Academy of Arts.
In 2023, he was awarded the honorary title of Meritorious Chinese Artist by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and his profile is displayed on the official website for Meritorious Artists.
Five of his artworks were selected for the 2024 Paris Olympic Cultural International Art Exchange Exhibition hosted by the Sino-French Cultural Exchange Promotion Center, an NGO affiliated with the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, and claimed the Gold Award at the exhibition.

常世福，笔名长真。1961年生，甘肃陇西人。中学高级美术教师。本科。现系(国际)中国美术家协会会员，甘肃美术家协会会员。北京艺海丹青书画院名誉理事。文化部文研中心特邀创作委员，中国教育电视台书画院会员，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画委员，国艺委书画博物馆荣誉馆长，中央电视台星光影视园国际品牌联合会授予“国礼艺术名家常世福工作室”铜牌常世福被选拔为2016年中国好品牌*品牌影响力书画家。当代艺坛 30 位影响力人物,擅长写意人物画。所作重气势、尚神韵、法自然，追求诗、书、画的意蕴，意境深邃，气势浑厚、豪放等特点。作品在全国性大展赛获金、银、铜奖。2007 年 10 月被联合国教科文组织授予“人类 贡献奖文化艺术类美术金奖”、“中国非物质文化 遗产功勋人物”称号。选入中国艺术研究院《文艺年志》中。
2023 年被中国文联授予《中国功勋艺术家荣誉称号》，并在功勋艺术家官网展示。5 幅作品入选由联合国经济和社会部 NGO 一中法文化交流促进中心主办的2024法国巴黎奥运文化国际艺术交流展获得金奖。多幅代表作品入编由人美出版社编辑出版的《中国近现代名家典藏画集•综合卷》。入编人民美术出版社出版的《中国书画百年史·百位名家》画集。中国中央电视台编辑，中国文化出版社出版的《艺术传承人物著名书画家常世福》个人专辑。
