His calligraphic works were presented as gifts to Chief Justices of the Supreme Courts of Afghanistan, Laos, Seychelles and other countries attending the Asia-Pacific Judicial Seminar themed Strengthening International Judicial Exchange and Cooperation to Boost Regional Economic Development and Prosperity.
In 1998, his work won the Third Prize at the National Invitational Exhibition of Painting and Calligraphy by Leading Cadres in Urban Governance.
In 2008, his works were selected for the 6th National Exhibition for New Calligraphers.
In 2010, he claimed the First Prize in the Calligraphy Category at the 1st Guangxi Political and Legal System Painting, Calligraphy and Photography Exhibition.
In 2011, his works were exhibited at the 10th National Calligraphy and Seal Carving Exhibition.
In 2012, his works toured major cities including Nanning, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Beijing.
In 2013, his pieces were displayed at the National Museum of China and the National Art Museum of China. In the same year, he was awarded the Virtue and Art Excellence Award for Painting and Calligraphy in Building a Clean Culture among Central State Organs.
In 2015, he was invited to create opening inscription footage for the CCTV legal program Legal Report. That same year, he co-hosted the calligraphy exhibition Gathering of Distinguished Calligraphers at the Peking University Centennial Hall together with renowned veteran calligraphers including Xie Yun and Liu Yi.
He held the solo exhibition Awe for Classics — Luo Dianlong Calligraphy Exhibition successively in Nanning (April & May 2021), Beijing (March 2023) and Shanghai (March 2023). In May 2026, his regular script copying and original creation works were exhibited at the Art Museum of China National Academy of Painting. Major mainstream media outlets such as Xuexi Qiangguo (Study Power) Platform and CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel covered the exhibition, earning him widespread acclaim.
In 2023, he was conferred the honorary title of Representative Inheritor of National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Great Nations.
In 2024, he received the title of Model Figure for Cultural Development on the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China. Also in 2024, his artworks were showcased at the International Art Exhibition held at the Louvre Museum in Paris, France.
In May 2026, he won the First Prize at the National Standard Chinese Character Calligraphy Exhibition.
