那些过往的好的坏的遇见
都貌似一场雨过后，烟消云散
风淡云轻，落日余晖，彩虹桥斜织纵横
不卑不亢，不嗔不怒，自威
我扔掉了所有的昨天
那些磋磨撩到，缠绕在一起
我在清风里徐来自由
卸下了我背了很久，沉重的行囊
轻轻地，滑落惆怅，半世流离，沧海桑田
步履不再蹒跚艰难险阻
朝着潮起潮落，向往的地方，骄健豪迈躬行
我扔掉了所有的昨天
朝汐自生一束光芒
照亮黑暗侵袭
无论走到天涯海角
无论世事如何无常
绕过山，趟过水，轻舟已过万重山
不惘然若失，不惆怅，不郁结
向阳而生，逐光而行，和光同尘
我扔掉了所有的昨天
只活在当下，不问佛的真言
看夕阳醉了雍容华贵
脚步轻盈，踏风雨飘摇
风情万种，像叶尖上的露珠
活的自在逍遥，去的悠扬魂梦
晶莹剔透的闪烁之光

任忠富，笔名任泳儒，新疆哈密巴里坤县人，退伍军人，中共党员，爱好文学。人民文艺协会诗人作家，世界汉语作家协会终身签约诗人，世界作家澜韵府诗社总顾问，一枝红莲文学诗社、世界作家澜韵府诗社签约作家诗人 。现任华夏诗词文学社总监，官方《诗韵星光访谈》主编（百度、腾讯、搜狐、今日头条编辑 ）。创作成果:2021年3月，合集出版红船精神相关著作《南湖》，该书已被当代国学馆收藏 。曾在《哈密广播电视报》《哈密垦区开发报》《哈密报》、哈密广播电视台等多家媒体发表散文、散文诗、诗歌等多篇作品，多次被评为优秀通讯员 。系《中国爱情诗刊》《中国爱情诗社》《伊州韵文艺》《蒲公英诗苑》《江南诗絮》《中国人民诗刊》《中国人民诗社》《花瓣雨文化工作室》《海峡文学》等平台在线诗人，且曾多次合集出书、在多家纸刊发表作品 。

Ren Zhongfu, pen - named Ren Yongru, is from Barkol County, Hami, Xinjiang. He is a veteran, a member of the Communist Party of China, and loves literature.
He is a poet and writer of the People's Literature and Art Association, a lifelong contracted poet of the World Chinese Writers Association, the general consultant of the Lanyunfu Poetry Society of World Writers, and a contracted writer and poet of the Yizhi Honglian Literature Poetry Society and the Lanyunfu Poetry Society of World Writers. He is currently the director of the Huaxia Poetry and Ci Literature Society and the chief editor of the official Poetry Rhythm Starlight Interview (editor of Baidu, Tencent, Sohu, and Toutiao).
Creative Achievements
- In March 2021, he co - published the book South Lake related to the Red Boat Spirit, and this book has been collected by the Contemporary Sinology Museum.
