Wang Jingzhong—Oriental Aesthetics, Global Resonance: Exemplary Figure in Cultural Globalization

Wang Jingzhong, born in 1963 in Beijing, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is a contemporary artist featured in the prestigious Dahongpao Painting Album, renowned poet, art collector, the foremost master of bronze xun wind instruments, and a national-level inheritor of intangible cultural heritage. Additionally, he is a distinguished expert in criminal identification technology and a nationally registered art appraiser in China.

He once served in the Security Guard Corps and Letters and Visits Division of the Ministry of Public Security, as well as the Woodpecker Magazine. He was the legal representative and director of a Beijing police equipment research institute. As a pioneer and founding figure in the computerized application of footprint identification technology, he authored the monograph Footprint Identification Technology, undertook multiple scientific research projects commissioned by the Ministry of Public Security, and holds two national invention patents. The criminal investigation equipment he developed has been designated as official police equipment by the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Public Security, and incorporated into the national 12th Five-Year Plan. Together with two other industry specialists, he is hailed as one of the "Three Masters of Footprint Identification in the People’s Republic". He has participated in the investigation of numerous major and critical cases supervised by the Ministry of Public Security, providing conclusive forensic evidence that solved many cases. He has been invited repeatedly to deliver lectures at national criminal technical conferences and training sessions organized by the Ministry of Public Security, public security authorities and police academies across provinces and municipalities nationwide, earning a stellar reputation in criminal investigation circles.

Venturing into the realm of art, Wang Jingzhong boasts extraordinary natural talent. He mastered traditional Chinese painting and wild cursive calligraphy without formal tutelage, excelling especially in the highly challenging subject of flying eagles, endowing his works with unique bearing and integrity. He is also proficient in multiple musical instruments including the xun, ocarina and guqin, and has created a large body of poems, paintings and calligraphic works. His paintings and photographic works have been published many times in core newspapers and periodicals such as People’s Daily, Qiushi Journal and People’s Public Security News, and he has held solo art exhibitions.

王靖中，生于1963年，北京人，中共党员，当代大红袍画家、著名诗人、收藏家、铜埙第一人，国家级非遗传承人，同时也是我国著名刑事鉴定技术专家、国家注册艺术品鉴定师。

曾任职于公安部警卫队、信访处、《啄木鸟》杂志社等单位，原北京某警用器材研究所法人、所长。作为足迹计算机技术应用的开拓者与奠基人，他著有《足迹鉴定技术》，承担多项公安部科研课题，荣获两项国家发明专利，研发的刑侦产品被列入国家发改委、财政部、公安部列装及国家“十二五”规划，与业内专家并称“共和国足迹三杰”。他多次参与公安部督办大案要案侦破，屡建一锤定音之功，多次受邀在公安部全国刑侦技术会议、培训班和全国多省市公安系统及警察院校授课讲学，享誉刑侦界。

跨界艺术领域，王靖中天赋卓绝，国画书法大草无师自通，尤擅难度极高的飞鹰题材，作品独具风骨；同时精通埙、陶笛、古琴等多种乐器，诗词绘画书法作品颇丰。其美术、摄影作品多次发表于《人民日报》《求是》《人民公安报》等核心报刊，并举办个人艺术展。
