Han Xiaolong - ＂Oriental Aesthetics · Echoes Across the World: A Role Model for Cultural Export＂

Han Xiaolong (Dharma name Shi Xinding): Commonly known as Han Xiaolong, Dharma name Shi I Xinding, born in 1964, from a military family in Linquan, Anhui, and serving as the abbot of a temple. I have been fond of practicing martial arts since childhood. At the age of 12, I was selected to join the Shandong martial arts team, at the age of 17, I joined the national martial arts team, and at the age of 18, I won the national martial arts championship. Because I wanted to pursue a higher level of martial arts proficiency and spiritual world, I started learning and practicing calligraphy while listening to Buddhism. Through in-depth research, I combined martial arts and calligraphy, mutually understood and integrated them, combining rigidity and flexibility, and ultimately innovated a unique calligraphy style.

In 1990, he received the Three Altar Precepts at Baima Temple in Luoyang, Henan Province;

In 2000, he served as the abbot of the upper courtyard of Baoji Temple in Dazhi Zen Temple of Hengdian Film and Television City;

In 2005, he served as a mentor at Hangzhou Buddhist College, in 2006, he became the vice president of the Chinese Calligraphy Art Research Institute, and in the same year, he served as a consultant for the Chinese Xiling Seal Engravers Society's elegant collection;

In 2023, his works were invited to be included in the official publication of Beijing Rongbaozhai;

In 2023, invited to attend the Global Diplomat's Splendid China City Cultural Tour and take a photo with UN Secretary General Ban Ki moon as a souvenir;

In 2021, served as a mentor for the calligraphy and painting training class at the School of Arts, Renmin University;

韩小龙（法号释心定）：俗名韩小龙，法号释I心定，1964年出生，安徽临泉军人世家，寺院住持。自幼爱好习武，12岁被选入山东武术队，17岁进入国家武术队，18岁荣获全国武术冠军。因为想追求更高的武术造诣和精神世界，在听闻佛法的同时开始学习练习书法，并且深入研究，把武术和书法二者相结合，相参相悟，互为贯通，刚柔并济，最终创新出了独特的书法风格。

1990年到河南洛阳白马寺受三坛大戒；

2000年担任横店影视城大智禅寺宝積寺上院住持；

2005年担任杭州佛学院导师、2006年担任中国书法艺术研究院副院长、同年担任中国西泠印社雅集顾问；

2023年其作品应邀入编北京荣宝斋正刊；

2023年应邀出席全球外交官锦绣中华城市文化行与联合国秘书长潘基文合影留念；

2021年担任人民大学艺术学院书画研修班导师；

中国美院禅意书法副研究员；

中国特型演员常委；

中国明星书画院名誉誉副院长；

中国书法家协会浙江考级中心副主任，同时被中华人民共和国文化部和旅游部评选注册为国家一级美术师；
