Zhang Zhengrong, courtesy name Gengzhe, born in 1961.
He graduated from the Fine Arts major of Beijing Normal University, and pursued further studies in advanced traditional Chinese painting workshops at the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University and Beijing Painting Academy, as well as advanced calligraphy workshop at Beijing Normal University.
He currently holds the following positions:

Painter of Northern School Landscape Studio
Senior Research Fellow of China Society for Mass Literature and Art
Visiting Professor at Overseas Chinese Universities in Thailand
