全文如下：“近日孟加拉国总理塔里克·拉赫曼对中国的访问,再次引发孟加拉国社会各界对孟中关系的广泛关注。过去数月来，两国高层互动频繁，包括外交部长会晤以及围绕经济合作展开的深入讨论,都表明双方正致力于将双边关系提升到更加务实、更具成效的新阶段。作为一名孟加拉国公民,同时也是长期参与推动孟中关系及中文教育事业的人士，我始终以浓厚的兴趣关注着这些积极发展。
The full text reads as follows: "The recent visit of Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman to China has once again drawn widespread attention from all sectors of Bangladeshi society regarding Bangladesh-China relations. Over the past few months, frequent high-level interactions between the two countries, including meetings between foreign ministers and in-depth discussions on economic cooperation, have demonstrated that both sides are committed to elevating bilateral relations to a new stage characterized by greater pragmatism and effectiveness. As a Bangladeshi citizen and someone who has long been involved in promoting Bangladesh-China relations and Chinese language education, I have consistently followed these positive developments with keen interest."
1988年当我开始学习中文时，从未想到自己有一天会有机会长期从事促进孟中关系发展的工作。通过在中国的学习经历、参与各类学术和研究活动，以及领导孟加拉国"我们说中文俱乐部有限公司"（我们说中文俱乐部孟加拉国有限公司的相关工作，我逐渐认识到，国家间关系真正的基础并不仅仅是协议、贷款或基础设施项目，更重要的是人民之间的信任、相互尊重以及长期合作的精神。
When I began learning Chinese in 1988, I never imagined that I would one day have the opportunity to engage long-term in promoting the development of Bangladesh-China relations. Through my studies in China, participation in various academic and research activities, and leadership of the Bangladesh chapter of "We Speak Chinese Club Limited," I gradually came to realize that the true foundation of inter-state relations lies not merely in agreements, loans, or infrastructure projects, but more importantly in mutual trust, respect among peoples, and a spirit of long-term cooperation.
2024年5月20日我有幸参加了在达卡大学工商管理学院（MBA楼）举行的“中孟关系与一带一路倡议”圆桌论坛。来自孟加拉国和中国的学者、研究人员及政策界代表围绕双方合作进行了深入交流。讨论过程中，一个观点被反复提及：孟中关系正逐步超越象征性的传统友谊，以经济合作、 科技创新、教育发展、人力资源培养以及区域互联互通为核心的伙伴关系迈进。近期两国外长会晤后发表的联合声明，特别强调了经济合作、贸易投资、数字经济、水资源管理、医疗卫生以及人文交流等领域的重要性。与此同时，双方还就中国参与蒂斯塔河治理与修复的可能性进行了探讨。如果这些合作项目能够顺利落实，无疑将为孟加拉国的发展注入新的动力。
On May 20,2024, I had the privilege of attending the roundtable forum on "China-Bangladesh Relations and the Belt and Road Initiative" held at the School of Business Administration (MBA Building) of Dhaka University.Scholars, researchers, and representatives from the policy sectors of Bangladesh and China engaged in in-depth discussions on bilateralcooperation.Throughoutthediscussion,oneperspectivewas repeatedly emphasized: China-Bangladesh relations are gradually evolving beyond symbolic traditional friendship to become a partnership centered on economic cooperation, technological innovation, educational development, human resource cultivation, and regional connectivity. The joint statement issued following the recent meeting between the foreign ministers of both countries particularly highlighted the importance of areas such as economic cooperation, trade and investment, digital economy, water resource management, healthcare, and people-to-people exchanges. Additionally, both sides explored the potential for China's participation in the governance and restoration of the Tista River. If these cooperation projects are successfully implemented, they will undoubtedly inject new momentum into Bangladesh's development.
与此同时我认为，坚持平衡的外交政策始终是孟加拉国 最重要的战略考量之一。长期以来，孟加拉国奉行"广交朋友"的外交理念。因此，我们不应过度倾向于任何单一大国，而应在维护国家利的前提下保持多层次、多维度的外交平衡。或许我的判断并不完全准确，但基于对当前国际形势的观察，这是我个人的理解和认识 。
At the same time, I believe that maintaining a balanced foreign policy remains one of Bangladesh's most crucial strategic priorities. For decades, Bangladesh has embraced the diplomatic philosophy of "making extensive friends." Therefore, we should avoid excessive reliance on any single major power and instead uphold a multi-tiered, multidimensional diplomatic balance while safeguarding national interests. While my assessment may not be entirely precise, it reflects my personal understanding based on observations of the current international landscape.
展望未来的孟中合作，我经常思考一个简单而重要的问题：哪些项目最能够切实改善普通民众的生活？在我看来，未来合作应当优先聚焦医疗卫生、教育发展、高技能人才培养以及就业创造。如果能够在孟加拉国八个行政区建立具有国际水准的医院和大学，将有助于更加均衡地分享发展成果。同时，以达卡为中心建设高速铁路网络，也有望为国家经济发展注入新的活力。
Looking ahead to future Bangladesh-China cooperation, I often ponder a simple yet crucial question: which projects can most effectively improve the lives of ordinary people? In my view, future collaboration should prioritize healthcare, educational development, training of highly skilled professionals, and job creation. Establishing internationally standardized hospitals and universities across Bangladesh's eight administrative regions would help distribute development benefits more equitably. Meanwhile, building a high-speed rail network centered on Dhaka is expected to inject new vitality into the country's economic development.
蓝色经济同样是孟加拉国极具潜力的重要领域。通过建立国际标准的海洋研究中心，孟加拉湾丰富的资源和发展潜力将得到更加充分的开发与利用。此外，在可再生能源、数字技术和人工智能等新兴领域深化合作，也将有助于提升孟加拉国未来的国际竞争力。
The blue economy represents another highly promising sector for Bangladesh. By establishing an ocean research center that meets international standards, the region's abundant resources and development potential can be fully harnessed. Furthermore, strengthening collaboration in emerging fields such as renewable energy, digital technology, and artificial intelligence will enhance Bangladesh's global competitiveness in the future.
多年来,我一直参与中文教育和人力资源开发工作。在这一过程中，我深切感受到，孟加拉国最大的优势在于年轻人口众多。因此，我们应更加重视技术教育、语言培训以及符合国际劳动力市场需求的技能培养。特别是在中文能力和现代科技领域开展多培训项目，将有望在未来为成千上万的青年创造新的就业机会。
Over the years, I have been involved in Chinese language education and human resource development. Through this experience, I have come to deeply understand that Bangladesh's greatest advantage lies in its large young population. Therefore, we should place greater emphasis on technical education, language training, and skill development aligned with international labor market demands. Particularly by implementing comprehensive training programs in Chinese proficiency and modern technology, we are well-positioned to create new employment opportunities for thousands of young people in the future.
我个人始终认为，任何国际发展项目的成功，最终都取决于其能否真正改善普通民众的生活。一个项目如果得不到人民的信任和支持，就难以取得长期成功。因此，创造就业、推动技术转移、提升技能水平以及增强地方经济活力，应始终成为合作项目的重要目标。
I have always firmly believed that the success of any international development project ultimately hinges on its ability to genuinely improve the lives of ordinary people. A project cannot achieve long-term success without the trust and support of the public. Therefore, creating jobs, facilitating technology transfer, enhancing skill levels, and boosting local economic vitality should remain central objectives of collaborative projects.
孟中建交五十周年为两国关系开启了新的发展篇章。近期的外交互动以及媒体报道表明，未来几年双方关系有望进一步深化。然而，衡量合作成效的真正标准，并非签署了多少协议，而是改善了多少人的生活、创造了多少就业机会，以及实现了多少可持续发展成果。
The 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Myanmar and China has ushered in a new chapter in bilateral development. Recent diplomatic exchanges and media reports indicate that ties between the two countries are poised to deepen further in the coming years. However, the true measure of cooperation's effectiveness lies not in the number of agreements signed, but in how many lives have been improved, how many jobs created, and what sustainable development outcomes have been achieved.
最后,作为孟中关系长期的观察者和参与者，我认为，孟中关系最宝贵的财富并非基础设施、贸易数据或融资规模，而是两国人民之间长期积累的信任、友谊与相互尊重。这个基础越牢固，两国共同发展的未来就越光明。
Finally, as a long-time observer and participant in Bangladesh-China relations, I believe the most valuable asset of these ties lies not in infrastructure, trade figures, or financing volumes, but in the trust, friendship, and mutual respect that have been built over time between the two peoples. The stronger this foundation, the brighter the future for their shared development.
