于建华，笔名海若，江苏苏州人，毕业于江苏教育学院。现为：中国美术家协会会员，江苏省美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，中国女画家协会会员。师恩钊北派山水工作室画家、研究员：圣融美术院画家、助理导师，北派山水师恩钊工作室特聘画家，北京圣融美术院画家助理导师，北京一方画院特聘画家。14年一15年进修于清华美术学院高研班，师从师恩钊，罗金保，张津诚等。

2018 年 11 月，于建华中国画作品展在中国国家画院 ( 国展 ) 美术中心展出。
2018 年 9 月 15 日，笔墨融南北五色出新裁—于建华与她的绘画艺术之路作品展在徐州李可染艺术馆举办。
2019 年 5 月，传承与经典系列展·于建华国画作品展在山水美术馆展出。
2020年由中国书籍出版社出版《中国当代艺术名家典葳》于建华作品精选全国发行。
2023年河北美术出版社出版《中国高等艺术院校名师教学范本》——于建华山水画作品选。
2024 年 6 月 5 日，于建华艺术展在苏州名城艺术馆展出。
