7月7日，岐山县委常委、宣传部部长张陇娟，县政府副县长李瑾深入益店高级中学，专题调研督导普通高中办学提质、内涵发展、安全管理等重点工作，实地把脉学校发展现状，精准破解办学瓶颈，全力推动我县普通高中教育高质量发展。县教体局党委书记、局长苏旭阳，县委宣传部副部长王立仁参加调研。

On July 7, Zhang Longjuan, Member of the Standing Committee of Qishan County Party Committee and Director of the Publicity Department, together with Li Jin, Deputy County Magistrate of the Qishan People’s Government, conducted a special research and supervision tour at Yidian Senior High School. The tour focused on key priorities including quality improvement, connotative development and safety management of regular senior high school education. The team carried out on-site inspections to assess the school’s development realities, identify and resolve bottlenecks constraining school operation, and advance high-quality development of regular senior high education across the county. Su Xuyang, Party Secretary and Director of the County Bureau of Education and Sports, and Wang Liren, Deputy Director of the Publicity Department of the County Party Committee, accompanied the research visit.

调研组一行深入学校教学区域、师生食堂、特色功能教室等重点场所，实地查看校园办学条件、环境整治、后勤保障、功能室使用管理等情况，细致询问学校高考成绩、师资结构配置、日常课堂教学、生源稳定管理、校园文化打造、学生常规管理等具体工作，详细听取学校负责人关于办学特色培育、教育教学管理、青年教师培养、2026年高考质量复盘分析、当前存在的困难问题及下一步工作思路的专题汇报，全面掌握学校办学现状与发展愿景。

The research team toured core campus zones covering teaching buildings, the canteen for faculty and students, and specialized functional classrooms. They inspected on-site campus running conditions, environmental renovation, logistical support and the administration of functional rooms. The team made detailed inquiries concerning the school’s college entrance examination performance, faculty staffing structure, daily classroom instruction, student enrolment stability management and campus culture construction as well as routine student administration. They also listened to a special report delivered by the school principal, which elaborated on the cultivation of school-running features, education and teaching administration, training for young teachers, post-mortem analysis of the 2026 college entrance examination results, existing challenges and difficulties, and work plans for the next phase. Through these exchanges, the team gained a holistic picture of the school’s current operation and long-term development vision.

在实地查看、听取汇报、现场交流后，调研组对益店高中长期以来坚守乡镇办学阵地、服务县域学子、稳步提升教育教学质量给予充分肯定，并结合全县普通高中发展布局和教育强县建设目标，就学校下一阶段重点工作提出明确要求。

Following on-site inspections, report briefings and on-the-spot exchanges, the research team fully recognized Yidian Senior High School’s long-standing commitment to running a school in a township setting, serving local students and steadily boosting its education and teaching quality. Aligned with the county’s layout for senior high education and the goal of building a county strong in education, the team put forward clear requirements for the school’s key work in the next stage:

一要深耕文化育人，打造乡镇高中德育特色品牌。要立足岐山深厚周文化、周礼勤廉文化等本土资源，结合乡镇普通高中办学定位，找准育人切入点，因地制宜开发校本德育课程，打造特色校园文化，将传统文化教育、文明礼仪教育、励志感恩教育融入日常教育全过程，以文化人、以文育人，持续提升学校办学内涵与育人品位，构建具有益店高中特色的德育体系。

First, deepen cultural education and forge a distinctive moral education brand for township senior high schools. Rooted in Qishan’s profound local cultural resources including Zhou Dynasty culture and Zhou Ritual-based integrity culture, the school shall align with its positioning as a township regular senior high school to pinpoint entry points for student education. It shall develop school-based moral education courses tailored to local conditions and build unique campus culture. Traditional culture education, civility education, inspiration and gratitude education shall be integrated into all facets of daily teaching to nurture students through cultural influence, elevate the school’s educational connotation and academic standing, and establish a moral education system with distinctive Yidian Senior High School characteristics.

二要抓实教研提质，持续做强师资队伍核心支撑。要始终把教育教学质量作为立校之本、兴校之基，持续抓实常态化教学管理，扎实做好高考复盘、学情分析、教法优化工作，精准查漏补缺、靶向提质增效。要健全校内教研互助、校际结对帮扶、名师引领带教机制，大力实施青年教师成长工程、骨干教师培优工程，通过常态化听课评课、集体备课、课题研究、外出研修等方式，快速补齐师资能力短板，缩小城乡普通高中教学质量差距，持续提升课堂育人实效。

Second, consolidate teaching research to boost quality and reinforce faculty development as the core pillar of school development. The school shall consistently regard education and teaching quality as the foundation for its survival and growth. It shall sustain rigorous daily teaching management, conduct thorough post-examination reviews of college entrance examinations, analyze student learning performance and optimize teaching methodologies to identify deficiencies precisely and deliver targeted quality improvement. Robust mechanisms shall be established for in-school teaching research collaboration, inter-school paired assistance and mentorship led by distinguished teachers. Initiatives shall be rolled out to foster young teachers and advance outstanding backbone teachers. Regular classroom observation and evaluation, collective lesson preparation, subject research and off-campus training programs will help rapidly address competency gaps among teaching staff, narrow the quality gap between urban and township senior high schools, and continuously enhance classroom teaching outcomes.

Third, implement refined and rigorous administration to elevate standardized school operation across the board. The school shall govern its campus with strict standards, conduct teaching with meticulous approaches and guide students with dedicated care. Efforts shall be made to cultivate students’ behavioural norms and foster sound study ethos and campus conduct on a routine basis, with refined measures covering daily teaching, class management and regular supervision. Centering on students’ developmental needs, the school shall fully deliver mental health screening, dynamic follow-up tracking, one-on-one counselling and home-school collaborative education. A three-tier mental health protection system shall be refined to deliver targeted care and support for vulnerable students, safeguarding their physical and mental well-being in all respects.

四要守牢安全底线，筑牢平安稳定育人环境。要时刻绷紧校园安全这根弦，从严从细抓实校园常态化安全管理，全覆盖开展校舍安全、消防安全、食品安全、防溺水、防欺凌及校园隐患排查整治工作，坚持隐患动态清零、闭环整改。严格落实师德师风第一标准，常态化开展师德教育、警示教育和监督管理，引导全体教师坚守育人初心、严守职业底线，营造风清气正、安全稳定、和谐有序的校园育人环境。

Fourth, uphold the bottom line of campus safety and build a secure, stable educational environment. The school must maintain constant vigilance over campus safety. Routine campus safety management shall be enforced stringently and meticulously, with comprehensive inspections and rectification of potential hazards covering building safety, fire safety, food safety, drowning prevention, anti-bullying campaigns and all other campus risks. Dynamic hazard elimination and closed-loop rectification shall be implemented. Teachers’ professional ethics shall be upheld as the paramount standard; regular ethics training, warning education and supervision shall be carried out to guide all teaching staff to stay true to their educational mission and abide by professional codes of conduct, fostering a campus educational environment marked by integrity, safety, stability and harmony.
