陕西云达律师事务所主任杜谦，是陕西法帮网本届聘请的八大顾问之一！前不久，正逢40摄氏度高温，杜主任突然来电，邀请王海安参加他们所的乔迁之庆！细问之下，得知他们所因为原址有变故，现要搬迁到西安市和平门里中财金融大厦1017室！

Du Qian, Director of Shaanxi Yunda Law Firm, ranks among the eight distinguished advisors retained by Shaanxi Fabang Legal Network for the current term. Amid a recent spell of sweltering 40°C heat, Director Du gave Wang Hai’an an unexpected call, extending an invitation to attend the firm’s housewarming celebration. Upon further inquiry, Wang learned the firm was relocating to Room 1017, Zhongcai Financial Building, inside Hepingmen, Xi’an, owing to unforeseen issues with its former premises.

      顾问邀请，自然要前往祝贺，但送什么礼呢？思之再三，决定请陕西黄楼书画会会长、中国楹联名家赵天成先生为他们书写一副对联，以为贺礼！很快，赵天成先生的作品就拿出来了，其上联是：云程拓业承先泽；下联是：达道维权铸正义；横披：法脉相承！

As an invitation from an appointed advisor demanded attendance to offer congratulations, Wang deliberated long over an appropriate gift. After much consideration, he resolved to commission Zhao Tiancheng, Chairman of the Shaanxi Huanglou Calligraphy & Painting Association and a celebrated couplet master of China, to create a scroll couplet as a congratulatory present. Master Zhao’s artwork was soon completed:

Upper Scroll: Forge careers amid lofty prospects, carrying forward ancestral integrity;

Lower Scroll: Uphold the righteous path while safeguarding legal justice;

Horizontal Inscription: The legal lineage endures through generations.

At the celebratory banquet marking the relocation, Xue Ruixiang, a lawyer with the firm, composed a poem titled Ode to Yunda Law Firm’s New Premises:

      乔迁喜宴上，该所律师薛瑞祥吟诗一首《云达律所乔迁志庆》：

云程再启迁新址，

达道重开续旧章。

砥砺初心弘法制，

传承正气护纲常。

肩担道义千钧重，

情系公平一脉长。

创业艰辛铭肺腑，

同仁鼎力共腾骧。

New horizons unfold as we move to our new abode,

The righteous path reopened to carry on our legacy of old.

We temper our original aspiration to champion the rule of law,

And uphold unwavering integrity to defend social norms and law.

On our shoulders rests the weight of justice, heavy as a thousand jun,

Our devotion to equity flows unbroken through an enduring vein.

The hardships of founding this firm dwell deep in every heart,

All colleagues stand united to surge forward, galloping apart.

      王海安了解到，这个所是西安市的老所，有40年左右的历史了，人才济济，藏龙卧虎，代理的许多案件为当事人所称道！

Wang Hai’an was told that this well-established Xi’an law firm boasts a history of roughly four decades, home to a wealth of elite legal professionals of remarkable calibre, whose representation in countless cases has earned widespread acclaim from clients.

      杜谦主任问王海安，“你也是文人呢，与薛律师唱和一首吧！”恭敬不如从命，遂作诗《贺云达律所乔迁》：

Director Du Qian then turned to Wang Hai’an and said, “You are a man of letters in your own right—would you grace us with a matching poem in response to Lawyer Xue’s verse?” Unable to politely decline such a courteous request, Wang penned Congratulatory Verse for Yunda Law Firm’s Relocation:

云上坦途意气昂，

达人共聚满华堂。

法言法语明真伪，

律所律师论短长。

破釜沉舟千帆过，

茧成织网百炼彰。

重登大道行致远，

生生不息续新章！

Upon lofty pathways, our spirits soar high and bold,

Distinguished minds gather, filling this splendid hall untold.

With legal reasoning and precise terminology, we discern truth from falsehood,

As attorneys within this firm debate right and wrong with earnest good.

We press forward resolute, weathering a thousand sailing boats’ trials,

Tempered through hardships, our unyielding resolve shines forth for miles.

Stepping onto this grand thoroughfare, we journey far and wide,

Our legacy renews endlessly, penning fresh chapters side by side.
