为全面提升县青少年活动中心教师综合素养，夯实艺术教学功底，丰富课后服务课程内容，7月14日，县青少年校外活动中心举办“以技赋能 以美育人”教师技能培训成果展演。副局长吕喜龙莅临现场观摩指导，中心全体教职工参加活动。
Qishan Education
To comprehensively upgrade the all-round professional competence of instructors at the county Juvenile Extracurricular Activity Center, consolidate their artistic teaching proficiency and diversify after-school service curricula, the center hosted a teachers’ skill training achievement showcase themed Empower Through Craftsmanship, Cultivate Souls Through Aesthetics on July 14. Lü Xilong, Deputy Director of the Education Bureau, attended the event for on-site observation and guidance, with all faculty and staff of the center present.
本次展演汇集了舞蹈、民族器乐、西洋乐器、现场国画、手工制作、诗歌朗诵、声乐演唱等11个特色节目。中心全体艺术教师轮番登台，将技能培训期间的学习成果一一呈现，充分展现了校外美育教师多才多艺、勤学善思的精神风貌，为现场观众带来了一场独具特色的美育盛宴。
The showcase featured 11 distinctive performances spanning ethnic dance, traditional Chinese instrumental music, Western musical instruments, live traditional Chinese painting, handcraft creation, poetic recitation and vocal solos and choruses. All art instructors took to the stage in turn to demonstrate what they had acquired during the training, fully embodying the extracurricular aesthetic education faculty’s versatility, diligence and reflective learning mindset, and delivering an exclusive aesthetic feast for the audience.
一、民族舞开场，尽显多元艺术魅力
I. Opening Ethnic Dance: A Panorama of Diverse Artistic Charms
展演在新疆舞《亚丽古娜》中拉开帷幕。五位教师灵动起舞，浓郁的西域风情瞬间点燃全场，彰显了中心民族艺术课程的独特魅力。
The gala kicked off with the Xinjiang dance Yaliguna. Five teachers moved with nimble, graceful steps, instantly electrifying the venue with exotic Western Regions vibes and showcasing the unique appeal of the center’s ethnic art programs.
二、丝竹琴声悠扬，中西器乐同台绽放
II. Melodic Strings and Wind Instruments: A Harmonious Encounter of Chinese and Western Sounds
多组器乐节目轮番亮相：葫芦丝合奏婉转清雅，古筝独奏古韵悠长，萨克斯联奏大气动感，钢琴四手联弹轻快活泼。中西乐器交相辉映，极大地丰富了器乐课堂教学素材。
A succession of instrumental performances graced the stage: a soft, melodic cucurbit flute ensemble, a timeless guzheng solo resounding with ancient charm, dynamic saxophone medleys brimming with verve, and a light, lively piano duet for four hands. The harmonious fusion of Chinese and Western instrumental sounds greatly enriches the teaching repertoire for instrumental courses.
三、笔墨丹青生花，美术教师现场秀功底
III. Brush and Ink Mastery: Fine Arts Instructors Demonstrate Solid Expertise Live
美术教师分两组进行现场国画创作，运笔娴熟、功底扎实；随后集体展示了手工油纸伞作品，将传统书画与非遗手工之美直观呈现，尽显美术教学的硬实力。
Fine arts teachers split into two groups to create traditional Chinese paintings on the spot, wielding brushes with consummate ease and consummate craftsmanship. This was followed by a collective display of oil-paper umbrella handcrafts, intuitively showcasing the beauty of classic Chinese painting integrated with intangible cultural heritage handicrafts and testifying to the robust professional strength of the fine arts faculty.
四、声声诵读传情怀，厚植美育家国心
IV. Resonant Recitations Nurture Sentiments, Cultivate Patriotic Devotion via Aesthetic Education
独诵《母亲是一种岁月》温柔走心，集体诵读《诗意中国》铿锵大气。教师们以声音传递温情与家国情怀，为小学生诵读课堂打造了优质示范。
The solo recitation Mother Is a Lifetime struck a tender chord with the audience, while the collective recitation Poetic China reverberated with sonorous, impassioned vigour. Through vocal expression, the instructors conveyed tender affection and profound patriotism, setting an exemplary benchmark for primary school recitation classes.
五、歌声婉转悠扬，唱响校外育人初心
V. Melodious Vocals Sing Out the Original Aspiration of Extracurricular Education
歌曲联唱、三人合唱依次登场。教师们用动听的歌声，抒发了扎根校外美育、陪伴青少年健康成长的赤诚初心。
整场展演的节目覆盖中心全部送教艺术学科，教师们用舞台表演、现场书画展现了培训以来的专业成长，搭建起学科互学互鉴的交流平台。下一步，县青少年校外活动中心将立足校外育人阵地，以技赋能成长、以美滋养童心，用心守护青少年艺术成长之路。
Vocal medleys and a trio chorus followed one after another. With melodious voices, the teachers poured forth their sincere commitment to rooted extracurricular aesthetic education and their dedication to accompanying young people on their journey of healthy development.
All artistic disciplines covered by the center’s off-campus tutoring programs were represented in the showcase. Through stage performances and live painting, instructors demonstrated their professional progress since the training, building a platform for interdisciplinary exchange and mutual learning. Moving forward, the Qishan Juvenile Extracurricular Activity Center will leverage its role as an off-campus education hub, fuel teachers’ growth through professional skill cultivation, nourish young minds with aesthetics, and wholeheartedly safeguard the artistic development of adolescents.
