汤垚，1961年出生于广东三水。中国书画院油画院院长现为世界杰出华人艺术家，当代人民艺术家，澳大利亚亚太人文学院名誉院长，中国文联中外名人研究会副理事长，中国文联中外名人研究会学术委员会理事，北京当代中国写意油画研究院(研究员),广东省写意油画学会副主席，中国美术家协会会员，一级美术师，法国美术家协会会员，广东省美术家协会会员，先后受聘为广州画院画家，广东画院画家。其作品多次在省美展、全国重大美展和国际重大展览入选及获奖。

TANG YAO

Tang Yao was born in Sanshui, Guangdong in 1961. The President of the Oil Painting Institute of the China Academy of Painting and Calligraphy is currently a renowned artist, a distinguished master of art, a world-renowned Chinese artist, a contemporary artist, an honorary president of the Asia Pacific Humanities Institute in Australia, the Vice Chairman of the Chinese and Foreign Celebrity Research Association of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a member of the Academic Committee of the Chinese and Foreign Celebrity Research Association of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a researcher at the Beijing Contemporary China Freehand Oil Painting Research Institute, the Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Freehand Oil Painting Society, a member of the China Artists Association, a first-class artist, a member of the French Artists Association, and a member of the Guangdong Artists Association. He has been employed as a painter at the Guangzhou Academy of. His works have been selected and awarded multiple times in provincial art exhibitions, national major art exhibitions, and international major exhibitions.

收笔烟火，是自然乡土的温润诗意。褪去宏大叙事，汤垚的笔墨极尽温柔。《紫花风铃》《金秋》《湖影鹤鸣》勾勒岭南四季风物，渔港落日、田园村落、山野生灵，寻常人间景致，在他的画笔下褪去平庸。他以提纯的色彩、书写性的笔触，融合中国文人画“天人合一”的意境，将日常烟火淬炼为治愈人心的东方诗意。

不同于纯粹的西式写实与抽象表达，汤垚最大的艺术突破，是西式技法的东方转化。

其作品先后亮相法国卢浮宫、意大利罗马达芬奇博物馆等国际艺术殿堂，让东方写意油画走向世界。

The epic poem is the profound power of mountains, rivers, and countries. The representative work 'South Lake Red Boat' can be regarded as a classic of red themed oil painting. The layered and heavy texture, tense color rendering, and interweaving light and shadow narrative freeze the century old heart and the era's charm on the canvas, winning heavyweight awards at the National Art Exhibition and appearing multiple times at national art exhibitions, becoming a benchmark for themed oil painting creation.
