【工作检查】8月4日，岐山教育局党委书记、局长苏旭阳深入岐山高级中学，实地督导检查学校餐厅提升改造项目建设进度、工程质量及安全生产工作。
On August 4, Su Xuyang, Party‑Committee Secretary and Director of Qishan Education Bureau, conducted an on‑site supervision inspection at Qishan Senior High School over the construction progress, engineering quality and work safety of the school cafeteria upgrading project.在项目施工现场，苏旭阳详细查看工程整体规划、功能布局、建材选用及施工工艺等情况，认真听取学校、施工单位关于工期推进、质量管控、安全管理等工作汇报，现场梳理解决项目建设难点堵点，针对现场环境卫生、设备规范安装、食品安全前置管控等关键环节，现场提出整改要求，对后续建设任务进行精准安排部署。At the construction site, Su Xuyang examined in detail the overall project planning, functional layout, building‑material selection and construction techniques. He listened earnestly to briefings delivered by the school and the construction contractor concerning schedule advancement, quality control and safety administration. He identified and resolved bottlenecks hindering project delivery on the spot, put forward rectification requirements for critical links including site environmental sanitation, standardized equipment installation and pre‑emptive food‑safety oversight, and made targeted arrangements for follow‑up construction tasks.苏旭阳强调，学校餐厅是保障师生身心健康的重要民生阵地，暑期是校园基建提质增效的黄金窗口期，各责任单位要紧盯目标、狠抓落实、全力攻坚。Su Xuyang stressed that the school cafeteria constitutes a key livelihood facility safeguarding the physical and mental well‑being of teachers and students. Summer vacation presents a prime window for advancing campus infrastructure upgrades. All responsible entities must stay focused on set targets, deliver solid outcomes and press ahead with full‑scale efforts.一要坚持标准引领，打造精品工程。牢固树立精品意识、质量意识，严格按照设计标准和施工规范，从严把控材料进场、工序衔接、细节施工各环节，全力打造安全优质、师生满意的精品民生工程。
First, uphold stringent standards to deliver a high‑quality project. Staying committed to excellence and quality assurance, all parties shall strictly abide by design specifications and construction codes, rigorously control every phase covering material admission, process coordination and detailed workmanship, and strive to build a safe, premium livelihood project that satisfies teachers and students.二要严守安全底线，筑牢安全屏障。全面落实施工安全生产主体责任，细化施工现场管理，从严抓好用火用电、高空作业、物料堆放、扬尘治理等重点工作，常态化开展隐患排查整治，坚决守住安全生产零事故底线。Second, hold fast to the safety bottom line and foster a robust safety shield. The primary responsibility for construction‑site work safety shall be fully enforced. On‑site management shall be refined, with rigorous oversight of high‑risk operations such as fire and electricity use, high‑altitude work, material stacking and dust mitigation. Regular hazard screening and remediation shall be carried out to resolutely guarantee zero work‑safety accidents.三要紧盯时间节点，提速项目建设。科学优化施工方案，合理调配人力物力，倒排工期、挂图作战，在保安全、保质量的前提下全力加快建设进度，确保项目暑期全面竣工、新学期如期投用。
Third, keep close track of time‑frames to accelerate project delivery. Construction schemes shall be scientifically optimized, manpower and material resources rationally deployed. Teams shall set backwards‑scheduled timelines and implement progress‑chart‑driven management. While guaranteeing safety and quality, construction shall be expedited to ensure full project completion within summer vacation and operational readiness for the new semester.四要坚持建管并重，提升服务质效。立足长远、提前谋划，同步推进智慧食堂建设、食品安全规范化管理、就餐流程优化和从业人员培训，以硬件提质带动服务升级，全面提升校园餐饮保障能力，切实让广大师生吃得安全、吃得营养、吃得舒心。
Fourth, attach equal importance to construction and post‑project management to elevate service quality. Looking ahead, authorities shall engage in forward‑looking planning. Parallel efforts shall be made to develop a smart cafeteria system, standardize food‑safety administration, streamline dining procedures and train operational staff. Improved hardware shall drive service upgrading, comprehensively enhancing campus catering capacity so that teachers and students can eat safely, nutritiously and comfortably.
