August 3: The Project Office of Meixian Maternal and Child‑Health Care Hospital convened a weekly routine meeting on the childcare‑service building project. Participants reviewed last week’s project progress and existing bottlenecks, and mapped out key tasks for the current week.
President Liu laid down seven requirements for all stakeholders. First, raise awareness and uphold the bottom line of construction safety. Second, prioritize project quality, standardize procedural controls, and exercise rigorous checks over acceptance procedures. Third, all parties shall perform respective duties earnestly; matters agreed at the meeting shall be sorted out and addressed in a timely manner as required. Fourth, advance overall construction in strict compliance with the general project schedule. Fifth, push forward rectification and fully resolve previously identified problems. Sixth, place stringent controls over drainage, supporting‑structure construction and noise‑reduction works, and resolutely prohibit irregular personnel operations. Seventh, enforce rigorous supervision and advance risk anticipation and planning. Exercise targeted management over incoming construction workers, sort out all personnel‑related issues on‑site, and secure orderly, compliant and safe construction across the board.
Following the meeting, President Liu, together with persons‑in‑charge of all participating parties, conducted an on‑site inspection of noise‑mitigation measures and delivered guiding instructions.
August 4: Guo Dujuan, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Meixian People’s Congress, and her entourage carried out on‑site supervision over construction progress of the childcare‑service building project.
