艺术无国界，笔墨通山海。威尼斯双年展作为享誉世界的国际艺术盛会，长久以来承载着全球艺术交流、文明互鉴的使命。2026 第 61 届威尼斯国际艺术双年展面向全球甄选优秀创作者，设立全球推荐艺术家推选计划，汇聚海内外具有独立艺术思想与创作实力的艺术家。
东方文脉源远流长，当代书画创作者扎根中华传统文化沃土，守笔墨根本，融时代新意。本次获评“全球推荐艺术家 ”，既是国际艺术视野对创作成果的认可，更是一次面向世界讲述东方美学的契机。愿以丹青为桥，跨越地域隔阂，推动中国书画艺术与世界当代艺术开展深度对话，在交流互鉴中探寻艺术永恒价值。

Preface
Art knows no borders, brush and ink connect mountains and seas. The Venice Biennale, as a world-renowned international art event, has long carried the mission of global art exchange and cultural exchange. The 61st Venice International Art Biennial in 2026 selects outstanding creators from around the world and establishes a global recommended artist selection program, bringing together artists with independent artistic ideas and creative strength from home and abroad.
The Eastern cultural context has a long history, and contemporary calligraphers and painters are rooted in the fertile soil of traditional Chinese culture, adhering to the fundamental principles of brush and ink, and integrating new ideas of the times. Being awarded the title of "Global Recommended Artist" this time is not only a recognition of the creative achievements from an international artistic perspective, but also an opportunity to talk about Eastern aesthetics to the world. We are willing to use Danqing as a bridge to cross regional barriers, promote in-depth dialogue between Chinese calligraphy and painting art and contemporary art around the world, and explore the eternal value of art through exchange and mutual learning.

魏红军，中国手写速记传承人、速记书法创始人，全国非物质文化遗产传承人。目前担任国际速记联合会中央委员，中国中文信息学会速记专业委员会执行委员，北京市速记协会副理事长，中华魏氏文化研究会副秘书长，延安速记研究会研究员，北京市昊天速记技术培训中心主任，中国东方文化研究会社会艺术专业委员会高级书法研究员，国际非物质文化艺术促进会名誉会长。使用速记36年，做速记技术培训26年，培养了大批速记人才，为中国速记事业的发展做出了突出贡献。多年来，魏红军先后与相关政府、军队及企事业单位深入交流，并赴司法部、南京军区、山西省武警总队、国家图书馆、济宁市煤炭局、中国武警黄金部队指挥部等单位进行速记培训。随着社会日益进步，各行各业对速记行业的需求从业人员逐渐增加。为了满足这一市场需求，魏红军应相关单位邀请做深入培训，特别是北京黄埔大学、北京高等秘书学院、北京长城学院、北京社会管理职业技术学院、北京工商管理专修学院、北京武警警种学院、民政部管理干部学院等几十所大学开展速记培训。在手写速记技术培训的同时，还探讨研究速记书法艺术多年，2019年经国家知识产权局批准注册商标《魏红军速记书法》。其作品被国内外众多人士所认可、赞赏和收藏。
