李关⽣，⽣于沈阳，祖籍河南安阳内⻩。中国艺术家协会理事、亚洲美术家协会理事、国家⾼级美术师，获评“世界杰出华⼈艺术家”；现任中华⼉⼥教育基地⾼级艺术研究员、中国“德艺双
馨”⽂艺代表、中国艺术传承典范、全国⽂艺展示活动书画评委会委员、中国书画家研究会⼀级艺术顾问。
他独创⽣宣油画中国画法，融中⻄绘画技法于⼀体，开创全新艺术表现形式，作品⼴受海内外各界知名⼈⼠赞誉与收藏。
2009 年，其独创技法⼒作《九骏图》，由中国艺术家协会代表团赠予台湾⻢英
九先⽣；
2017 年，央视 9 台教育频道播出个⼈专题纪录⽚《合璧情韵》，完整讲述其艺术求索之路；同年，受邀登上央视七套春晚《回家过年》节⽬现场；
2025 年，受聘为中国东⽅⽂化研究会美育⼯作委员会客座教授。

Li Guansheng was born in Shenyang, with his ancestral home in Neihuang, Anyang,Henan Province.
He holds multiple authoritative titles: Director of the China Artists Association,Director of the Asian Artists Association, and National Senior Fine Arts Master. He has been awarded the honorary title of "World Outstanding Chinese Artist". Currently,he serves as Senior Art Researcher at the Chinese Youth Education Base, a representative literary and art figure with both artistic excellence and moral integrity,
a model inheritor of Chinese art, member of the painting and calligraphy jury fornational literary and art exhibitions, and First-Class Art Consultant of the China Painters and Calligraphers Research Association.
He created an original painting technique integrating oil painting expressions on raw rice paper, blending Eastern and Western painting skills to form a brand-new artistic expression system. His artworks have been highly praised and collected by distinguished figures from all walks of life at home and abroad.
In 2009, Nine Galloping Steeds, a masterpiece created with his exclusive technique,was presented to Mr. Ma Ying-jeou by the delegation of the China Artists Association.
In 2017, CCTV-9 Education Channel aired a special documentary about him, Blended Rhythm of Eastern and Western Arts, which fully recorded his lifelong artistic pursuit.In the same year, he was invited to appear on the Spring Festival Gala Home for the New Year broadcast on CCTV-7.
In 2025, he was appointed Visiting Professor of the Aesthetic Education Committee under the China Oriental Culture Research Association.
