夜晚看不见月亮，
瓦斯、沼气、煤尘……
随时都有可能侵袭。
你们不顾一切，
深入百米矿井，
汗水湿透衣背，
采掘滚滚乌金……
东方的家暖暖的，
南方的家暖暖的，
西方的家暖暖的，
北方的家暖暖的，
暖流传遍了四方，
暖在每个人心里。
东方的家亮堂堂，
南方的家亮堂堂，
西方的家亮堂堂，
北方的家亮堂堂，
光明传遍了八方，
照亮每个人心房。
啊，矿工，
感恩有你们！

Beneath ground, no sun by day to see,
Nor moon appears to shine at night.
Gas, marsh‑gas, coal dust…
Looming threats that may strike at any time.
Regardless of the dangers you dare go,
Deep down into mines a hundred metres below.
Sweat soaks through your working clothes,
To hew out rolling streams of black gold…
Warmth fills homes in the east,
Warmth fills homes in the south,
Warmth fills homes in the west,
Warmth fills homes in the north.
Warmth spreads far to every corner of the land,
And dwells deep within every human heart.
Bright‑lit are homes in the east,

Light reaches out to all eight quarters of the world,
Illuminating the heart of every soul.
