老是不爽
引起不必要麻烦
每一次任性退潮
都一再警醒
心天紧张度
真的必要
将之焦虑
卸下伪装
才叫淋漓
重回心境
每一次任性退潮
兆示着我不成熟
青春的叛逆
仍热血澎湃
一心向往
对岸美好
奋不顾身
常见冲动
待到老之年
仍旧影晃动
可方刚热血
却西下
至黑暗
不好回忆
青春岁月
那份美好
人的世界
已两重天

这首诗以潮水喻人的脾气与任性，视角向内，是一场自我复盘。任性如潮起潮落，潮退之时，便是自我反省的时刻。一边回望年少时一腔热血、奋不顾身的叛逆冲动，一边感慨暮年回望，热血渐逝，今昔心境已然两重天地，带着淡淡的怅惘与自省，平实的语句里藏着对人生成长、岁月变迁的真切感悟。

When Every Fit of Willfulness Ebbs

Temperament,
like the tide,
rises and falls,
weighing on the mood,
leaving one perpetually uneasy,
bringing about unnecessary troubles.
With every ebb of willfulness,
I am reminded again and again,
of the tension in my inner‑world.
It is truly necessary
to lay down anxieties,
cast off pretence,
to be utterly genuine,
and return to inner peace.
With every ebb of willfulness,
it betrays my immaturity.
The rebellion of youth
still surges with warm blood,
yearning whole‑heartedly
for the beauty on the far shore,
rushing forward recklessly,
often driven by impulse.
When old age comes,
shadows of the past still linger.
Yet that fiery youthful blood
has drifted westward,
into the dusk.
Hard to look back
upon those youthful years,
that once‑held beauty,
for the world one inhabits
has become a different realm.
