9 月 1 日，岐山县委常委、宣传部部长张陇娟先后深入岐山县中心小学、县第三幼儿园、县第二初级中学，实地督导检查全县秋季开学工作。

张陇娟来到操场、教室、食堂、宿舍等重点区域，通过实地察看、现场问询、听取汇报等方式，详细了解安全隐患排查、设施设备检修、校园环境整治，以及师生到岗到校、教学安排、师资调配、校园日常管理等工作落实情况，对各校开学报到工作给予充分肯定。

她强调，全县各校（园）要守牢校园安全底线，常态化开展安全隐患排查整治，抓实安防、饮食、消防、交通及学生心理健康工作，织密校园安全防护网。要深耕育人实效，坚持五育并举，推动思政德育美育融合，强化教师队伍和师德师风建设。要压紧压实学校主体责任，细化举措、补齐短板，从严抓好校园安全管理与应急处置，保障新学期校园和谐稳定。

On September 1, Zhang Longjuan, Member of the Standing Committee of Qishan County Party Committee and Director of the Publicity Department, visited Qishan County Central Primary School, the Third County‑run Kindergarten and the Second County‑run Junior High School to conduct on‑site supervision and inspection of the autumn‑semester opening across the county.

Zhang Longjuan inspected key areas including playgrounds, classrooms, school canteens and dormitories. Through on‑site observation, on‑the‑spot inquiries and briefings, she obtained detailed information regarding safety hazard screening, facility maintenance, campus environment upgrading, as well as the attendance of teachers and students, teaching arrangements, faculty deployment and daily campus administration. She spoke highly of the registration work completed by each school.

She emphasized that all schools and kindergartens across the county must firmly safeguard the bottom line of campus safety, carry out regular investigation and rectification of safety risks, and earnestly advance security protection, catering safety, fire prevention, traffic safety and students’ mental‑health work to build a robust campus safety network. Schools shall pursue high‑quality education outcomes, adhere to the Five‑Education Integration, advance the integration of ideological‑political, moral and aesthetic education, and strengthen faculty development and teachers’ ethics cultivation. It is essential for schools to fully shoulder their primary responsibilities, refine measures and remedy weak links, rigorously enforce campus safety management and emergency response, so as to ensure a harmonious and stable campus environment for the new semester.

Relevant officials from Qishan County Bureau of Education and Sports and the Publicity Department of the County Party Committee accompanied the inspection.
