段维，湖北英山人，法学博士。曾任华中师范大学政治与国际关系学院党委书记、湖北省中华诗词学会会长，《小楼听雨》诗词平台评论委员。
DUAN Wei, a native of Yingshan, Hubei Province, holds a Ph.D. in Law. He is Secretary of the CPC at the School of Politics and International Studies, Central China Normal University. The poet serves as President of the Hubei Chinese Poetry Society, and a review committee member of the poetry platform “Listening to the Rain at a Small Tower”. (吕文澎 译)

She specializes in applied linguistics and studies of translator behavior and of translation of Chinese classics.
