将赴新疆（其二）

余与胞妹生于新疆，少时双亲俱在，每餐前桌上设竹筷四双。家人围坐，其乐融融。后举家返湘，先父见背，箸遂缺一。今将复赴西陲，车发前夕，旧景历历，怅然成咏。
犬吠羊咩各作腔，
熔金夕照浸纱窗。
一方木桌暖灯下，
竹筷齐齐摆四双。
My younger sister and I were born in Xinjiang. In our childhood both parents were alive, and before each meal four pairs of bamboo chopsticks were set upon the table. The family sat around, in perfect harmony and joy. Later the whole family returned to Hunan, and my late father passed away, thus one pair of chopsticks was missing. Now I am about to journey once more to the western frontier. On the eve of departure, old scenes appear vividly before me, and in melancholy I compose this poem.（舒恩江 译）

LYU Wenpeng, a native of Tianshui, Gansu Province; Associate Professor of English and MA Supervisor at Northwest Normal University, Director of Chinese Culture Translation and International Promotion Committee, of Chinese Classics Bilinguals' Association, and of Gansu Provincial Translators' Association. She specializes in applied linguistics and studies of translator behavior and of translation of Chinese classics.

Shu Enjiang, a native of Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province, holds a CATTI Level 2 Certificate in English Translation and is a Senior High School English Teacher.
