外架逐层拆除 楼宇初露真容

——桂林大学城百花园项目3号楼迎来建设关键节点

9月19日清晨7点半，桂林大学城百花园项目的工地大门准时打开，头戴黄色安全帽的工人鱼贯而入，3号楼外架拆除的当日作业就此启动。记者踩着还沾着昨夜露水的碎石路走进现场，抬头便看见几名工人站在12层的外架操作面上，抬手解开绿色安全网的固定扎带，整片防护网顺着楼体缓缓垂下，露出了后面早已完工的米黄色外墙基面。

脚下的施工通道上，拆解下来的钢管、扣件被有序码成整垛，两名工人推着物料转运车来回穿梭，把拆下来的管材运到指定堆放区，全程没有一块零散管件遗落在通行路径上。从楼底往上数，低区三层的外架已经完全拆除，平整的外墙立面、整齐的铝合金窗框轮廓完完整整露了出来，和还罩着绿色防护网的高区楼体形成鲜明对比。现场没有过往停工时期的荒草丛生痕迹，地面清扫得干净利落，每一处作业面都挂着对应的安全提示牌，近200名建设者分成两班，从早到晚轮班作业，整个工地没有半点拖沓的氛围。

负责该楼栋施工的十局建工（商丘）集团有限公司桂林分公司现场负责人告诉记者，这栋楼从开工起就实行全额垫资推进，为了啃下外架拆除最后的硬骨头，项目部提前三天做了安全技术交底，把拆除顺序、物料清运路线、高空防护标准全部落实到每一个班组，确保拆一层、清一层、验收一层，不留下任何安全隐患。

按照当前的施工节奏，再过48小时，整栋楼附着了多年的脚手架与安全防护网将全部拆除清运完毕，3号楼的完整外立面将第一次毫无遮挡地展现在所有人面前。对于守了项目多年的购房业主而言，这不再是图纸上的效果图，也不是等待多年的口头承诺，而是伸手就能触摸到的现房实景。

停滞多年的百花园3号楼，整栋楼体的脚手架正逐层拆解，破损垂落的绿色防护网下，藏着等待了数年的现房轮廓。外架拆除已进入最后48小时倒计时，覆盖楼体多年的“外衣”即将完全褪去，业主期盼已久的实景现房，终于要完整亮相。
