非马，美籍华人，诗人、作家，原名马为义，原籍中国广东，生于中国台湾，是诗人、艺术家，也从事核能研究工作。他写过许多短诗和散文，作品简洁而有哲理，被收入多种选集和教材。

夫唱妇随或妇唱夫随
都不重要
重要的是
他们牵手走在一条
社会及人生的道路上
为我们展现沿途的风景
让美好熠熠生辉
丑陋黯然失色
就这样一段一段
为我们铺展了一条
更有美景的前途
A GOOD COUPLE

Whether the husband leads and the wife follows
or vice versa, is not important.
What matters is
they walk hand-in-hand
on a path of society and life,
showing us the scenery along the way,
making beauty stand out,
and making ugliness pale and fade away.
In this way, they have paved the path for us,
unfolding a future
with even more beautiful scenery.
