为解决区域内群众“看专家难”的问题，让眉县儿童在家门口享受省级三甲医院专家诊疗服务，7月11日，眉县妇幼保健院邀请西安交通大学第二附属医院“百卅西迁路 医疗强基行”儿科资深专家团队来院开展一系列扎实有效的巡诊活动，通过门诊坐诊、查房带教、疑难病例讨论和专题座谈等形式，将优质医疗资源下沉基层，助力提升眉县妇幼健康服务能力。

To address the difficulty local residents face in accessing specialist medical care and enable children in Mei County to receive diagnosis and treatment from specialists of provincial Grade A Tertiary Hospitals right at their doorstep, Mei County Maternal and Child Health Hospital invited a senior pediatric expert team from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University to carry out a series of in-depth and effective outreach medical services themed "A Century of Westward Migration, Strengthening Grassroots Healthcare" on July 11. Covering specialist outpatient consultations, ward rounds with on-the-job training, seminars on complex medical cases and thematic forums, the event brought high-quality medical resources down to primary-level medical institutions, bolstering the maternal and child healthcare capacity of Mei County.

     活动伊始，西安交通大学第二附属医院与眉县妇保院召开座谈会及协作医院签约仪式，座谈会由院党总支书记辛建文主持，双方表示将以本次“百卅西迁路 医疗强基行”巡诊活动为契机，严格依托协议合作框架，按照优质医疗资源扩容下沉相关文件要求，建立协作医院关系，持续通过专家巡诊、教学查房、学术讲座、人才进修等多种形式，在儿科建设、妇幼专科发展、人才梯队培养、医疗质量提升等方面助力我院全方位提升。

The event kicked off with a forum and a signing ceremony for establishing a collaborative hospital partnership between the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University and our hospital. Xin Jianwen, Secretary of the General Party Branch of our hospital, presided over the forum. Both sides stated that taking this outreach campaign as an opportunity, they would abide by the cooperation framework outlined in the signed agreement and relevant national documents on expanding and channeling premium medical resources to grassroots levels. A formal collaborative hospital partnership would be established, under which long-term cooperation mechanisms including specialist outreach visits, tutorial ward rounds, academic lectures and training attachments for medical staff would be rolled out. Joint efforts will be made to drive all-round improvements in our hospital in pediatric discipline development, maternal and child specialty construction, talent echelon cultivation and medical quality enhancement.

As a nationally renowned Grade A Tertiary Hospital, the pediatric expert team dispatched this time boasts profound expertise in sub-specialties such as pediatric respiratory disorders, digestive diseases, child growth and development, allergic illnesses and chronic pediatric disease management. Through hands-on on-site support, the team delivered targeted solutions to the daily diagnostic and therapeutic bottlenecks confronting our hospital’s pediatrics department, thereby upgrading the efficiency and quality of primary maternal and child medical services.

     巡诊现场，儿科门诊大厅已经挤满了带着孩子来就诊的家长。大家早早等候，期盼省级专家答疑解惑，专家们耐心细致地为每一位前患儿问诊、查体，仔细翻阅既往病历及检查报告单，倾听家长讲述孩子病症情况。结合儿童个体实际，给出科学化、个性化诊疗方案、用药指导以及居家健康护理建议，专家们专业的诊疗水平和亲切的服务态度受到了群众的一致好评。

The pediatric outpatient hall was packed with parents accompanied by their children long before the consultation began. Having arrived well in advance, they looked forward to consulting provincial-level specialists for professional advice. The experts conducted detailed inquiries and physical examinations for every young patient, carefully reviewed their past medical records and test reports, and listened attentively to parents’ accounts of their children’s symptoms. Tailored scientific treatment regimens, medication guidance and at-home healthcare advice were provided based on each child’s individual condition. The specialists’ consummate clinical proficiency and amiable bedside manner won unanimous praise from local residents.

    短短一上午，专家共接诊患儿100余人次。不少家长激动地说道：“以前看病要专程跑到西安，排队挂号费时费力。现在省级专家来到眉县妇幼，孩子在家门口就能看上名医，真是太便民了！”专家严谨务实的工作作风、精湛的医术，得到就诊群众的一致点赞。

Over merely one morning, the experts attended to more than 100 pediatric patients. Many parents expressed heartfelt excitement: “In the past, we had to travel all the way to Xi’an for specialist treatment, wasting plenty of time queuing up for registration. Now top provincial specialists come to Mei County Maternal and Child Health Hospital, allowing our children to consult renowned experts without leaving home—this initiative brings immense convenience to us all!” The specialists’ rigorous, pragmatic work ethos and exceptional medical skills earned widespread acclaim from every family in attendance.

     巡诊结束后，专家团队走进住院病区，开展教学查房及疑难病例讨论。针对儿科常见病、多发病诊疗流程进行现场示范讲解。对科室收治的疑难患儿病例进行深度剖析，梳理诊疗思路，优化检查项目与后续治疗方案。

Following the outpatient sessions, the expert team proceeded to the inpatient ward to conduct tutorial ward rounds and hold in-depth discussions on complicated medical cases. They delivered on-site demonstrations and interpretations covering the diagnosis and treatment protocols of common and frequently-occurring pediatric ailments. For critical and intractable child cases admitted to the ward, the specialists conducted thorough analyses, clarified diagnostic reasoning, and refined examination items and follow-up therapeutic plans.

     随后，专家团队同儿科骨干医师开展座谈交流，围绕儿科学科建设、疑难病症讨论、妇幼专业人才培养、医疗质量管控、专科特色打造等方面分享先进管理经验，为我院儿科今后的长远发展指明方向，提供宝贵借鉴。

Subsequently, the experts held exchange forums with core physicians of the pediatrics department. They shared state-of-the-art management experience spanning pediatric discipline development, consultation of refractory illnesses, training of maternal and child healthcare professionals, medical quality control and distinctive specialty cultivation, charting a clear path forward and offering valuable references for the long-term development of our hospital’s pediatrics department.

      此次“百卅西迁路 医疗强基行”巡诊活动，是落实医疗卫生资源下沉的实际行动，更是传承西迁精神，守护全县妇女儿童健康的生动实践，今后，眉县妇幼保健院将持续深化与西安交通大学第二附属医院合作交流，借力上级优质资源，强化人才培养，精进业务技能，完善救治体系，不断提升儿科综合服务能力，用心守护全县少年儿童身体健康，为辖区百姓提供更优质、高效、便捷的妇幼健康服务。

This outreach medical campaign under the banner "A Century of Westward Migration, Strengthening Grassroots Healthcare" stands as a tangible initiative to implement the policy of channeling premium medical resources to grassroots communities, as well as a vivid practice of carrying forward the Spirit of the Westward Migration to safeguard the health of women and children across Mei County. Moving forward, Mei County Maternal and Child Health Hospital will continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University.
