Parallel to the inspection campaign, a joint emergency rescue drill targeting three high-risk obstetric and neonatal emergencies—shoulder dystocia complicated by postpartum haemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia—was staged at Mei County Maternal and Child Health Hospital. Rooted in real clinical scenarios, the drill witnessed an agile, well-coordinated rescue team with clear division of labour. It reproduced the full spectrum of synchronised multidisciplinary intervention and dual-track linked emergency management.

7月17日下午，眉县上半年母婴安全风险研判暨病例讨论会在县妇幼保健院二楼会议室召开。全县产儿科急救小组成员共计30余人参会。

III. Clinical Case Review Seminar
A clinical case review session followed immediately after the forum. Participants conducted a comprehensive walkthrough of the full clinical pathway, encompassing antenatal care, risk screening and stratification, follow-up management, intrapartum intervention, neonatal resuscitation, and cross-institutional patient referral. Specialists present carried out in-depth dissection of pivotal clinical links, including the execution of the five-colour risk stratification system for high-risk pregnancies, early hazard identification, multidisciplinary collaboration, granular emergency management protocols, doctor-patient communication, and standardised medical record documentation. The panel recognised exemplary clinical practices, pinpointed existing deficiencies, and put forward targeted recommendations for optimisation and rectification.
