精华热点 当前正值汛期关键阶段，极端降雨天气多发，消防安全、防汛救灾、安全维稳工作进入紧要时期。为全面贯彻落实省、市、县卫健部门关于安全生产和防汛救灾工作的各项部署要求，压紧压实全院安全管理责任，筑牢医患安全防线，2026年7月21日，眉县妇幼保健院组织召开安全维稳及防汛工作专题会议，院领导班子、全体中层干部参会。
As we stand at a critical juncture of the flood season marked by frequent extreme rainfall events, fire safety, flood prevention and disaster relief, as well as security and stability maintenance have entered a crucial phase. To fully implement all arrangements and requirements on work safety, flood prevention and disaster relief issued by health authorities at the provincial, municipal and county levels, consolidate the hospital’s overall safety management responsibilities, and safeguard the safety of patients and medical staff, Meixian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital convened a special meeting on security, stability maintenance and flood control on July 21, 2026. The hospital’s leadership team and all mid-level cadres attended the meeting.
党总支书记辛建文从“树立防汛意识、克服麻痹思想；紧盯重点部位，细化工作安排；完善应急预案，备足防汛物资；开展应急演练，提升应急能力；加强值班值守，畅通信息报送。”等五个方面做强调。
Xin Jianwen, Secretary of the General Party Branch, delivered remarks focusing on five aspects: fostering flood prevention awareness and overcoming slack mentality; targeting key locations and refining work arrangements; improving emergency plans and stockpiling adequate flood control supplies; organizing emergency drills to boost emergency response capacity; and enforcing duty rosters and ensuring unobstructed information reporting.
会议要求，各科室负责人切实扛起第一责任人职责，把本次会议精神传达至每一位在岗职工，常态化开展科室内部安全自查与宣教培训，持续夯实院内安全根基，以严实的工作作风，守好医院安全维稳与防汛救灾两道关口，为全县妇女儿童提供更加安全、放心的就医环境。
The meeting required all department heads to earnestly fulfill their primary accountability, communicate the meeting spirits to every on-the-job employee, conduct regular internal safety self-inspections and publicity and training within departments, and continuously consolidate the hospital’s safety foundation. With rigorous work practices, the hospital will guard two critical lines of defense — security & stability maintenance and flood prevention & disaster relief, so as to provide a safer and more reassuring medical environment for women and children across the county.
下一步，眉县妇保院将持续开展全院拉网式安全隐患排查整治，严格落实24小时值班和领导带班制度，不断完善应急处置机制，备齐防汛应急物资 ，全力以赴筑牢汛期安全屏障，守护医患平安。（王斌 王三周）
Moving forward, Meixian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital will continue to carry out comprehensive grid-style inspections and rectification of safety hazards across the premises. It will strictly implement the 24-hour duty system with leading officials taking turns on duty, further refine emergency response mechanisms, stock up sufficient flood control supplies, and go all out to build a solid safety barrier for the flood season and protect the safety of patients and staff.
