精华热点 为进一步夯实妇幼健康服务根基，转变工作作风，优化就医体验，全面提升医疗服务质量与群众满意度，推动医院高质量发展，2026年7月21日，眉县妇幼保健院召开作风服务大提升行动启动会，院领导班子、全体中层干部及职工代表参加会议，安排部署全院作风服务大提升专项行动各项工作。
To further consolidate the foundation of maternal and child health services, improve work conduct, enhance the medical consultation experience, comprehensively boost the quality of medical services and public satisfaction, and advance the high-quality development of the hospital, Meixian Maternal and Child Health Hospital convened a kick-off meeting for the Campaign to Upgrade Work Conduct and Service Quality on July 21, 2026. Members of the hospital’s leadership team, all mid-level cadres and staff representatives attended the meeting, at which arrangements were made for all work relating to this special campaign.

At the meeting, hospital leaders read out the Work Plan for the Campaign to Upgrade Work Conduct and Service Quality of Meixian Maternal and Child Health Hospital, clarifying the guiding ideology, theme, objectives and key tasks of the special campaign.
本次行动以优化妇幼窗口服务，弘扬高尚医德医风，提升群众就医体验为主题，锚定“服务意识增强、医疗治疗强化、就医流程优化、基层服务延伸、就医感受提升”五大工作目标，以“抓医德医风，转变工作作风；抓医疗质量，筑牢安全底线；抓流程优化，升级便民就医服务；抓志愿帮扶，夯实院内服务保障；抓基层延伸，常态化开展下乡义诊；抓环境整治，改善就医条件；抓技能练兵，提升业务水平；抓意见征集，凝聚提升合力；抓专项整治，破解突出问题”等九项重点内容为抓手，聚焦群众就医痛点难点，持续优化就诊流程、完善便民举措、细化窗口服务标准，建立常态化督查整改机制，切实提升服务质效、锤炼过硬工作作风。
Centered on optimizing window services for women and children, promoting noble medical ethics and improving patients’ medical experience, the campaign targets five major goals: heightened service awareness, strengthened medical quality, streamlined medical procedures, expanded outreach services at grassroots levels, and enhanced patient experience. It advances work around nine priorities: regulating medical ethics to transform work conduct; tightening medical quality control to bolster the safety baseline; streamlining procedures to upgrade patient-friendly medical services; advancing volunteer support to reinforce in-hospital service guarantees; extending services to grassroots areas through regular free medical consultations in rural regions; upgrading the hospital environment to improve consultation conditions; organizing vocational training to raise professional competence; soliciting public feedback to pool strengths for continuous improvement; and carrying out targeted rectification to tackle prominent problems. Focusing on pain points and difficulties encountered by patients seeking medical care, the hospital will keep optimizing consultation workflows, refining patient-friendly measures, setting detailed standards for window services, and establish a regular supervision and rectification mechanism to effectively elevate service efficiency and foster sound work conduct.
院长刘宏科强调，全院干部职工要以作风服务大提升专项行动为抓手，常态化开展医德行风、廉洁从业、诊疗服务规范化教育培训，始终坚守以妇女儿童健康为中心初心宗旨，从严规范诊疗执业行为，持续改进服务态度、压实岗位责任，用心用情做好妇幼健康全流程服务。
Liu Hongke, President of the hospital, emphasized that all staff should take this special campaign as an opportunity to carry out regular training covering medical ethics, integrity in professional practice and standardized diagnosis and treatment services. Upholding the mission of prioritizing the health of women and children, all practitioners shall standardize diagnosis and treatment practices stringently, continuously improve service attitudes, fulfill job responsibilities earnestly, and deliver thoughtful, comprehensive maternal and child health services.
Xin Jianwen, Secretary of the General Party Branch, required all departments to integrate conduct improvement into routine work and sustain long-term efforts to consolidate medical services. With rigorous, pragmatic, high-effort professional conduct, staff shall safeguard maternal and infant health and safety, and steadily raise local residents’ sense of gain, happiness and security when receiving medical treatment.

Moving forward, Meixian Maternal and Child Health Hospital will focus on the pressing concerns of the public, ensure all measures are fully implemented, and enforce closed-loop supervision and rectification.
