近日，岐山县图书馆组织工作人员来到京当镇小强村，开展图书整理及农家书屋管理员业务培训，提升基层图书管理水平，推动全民阅读向乡村延伸。

在新搬迁的京当镇小强村新时代文明实践站图书室，工作人员针对图书分类混乱、错架乱架等问题，与农家书屋管理员分工协作，重新规划书架布局，遵循图书分类标准，对3500余册图书逐本分类、排序上架，指导农家书屋管理员逐架规整图书。经过整理，书屋内图书分类清楚、排列有序，整洁度大幅提升。

针对搬迁后的运营需求，工作人员开展实操培训，重点围绕Interlib系统，讲解读者办证、退证、图书借还、服务数据统计等操作。现场示范教学、答疑解惑、实操纠错，帮助农家书屋管理员补齐业务短板，提升管理能力和服务水平。

小强村新时代文明实践站是集理论宣讲、文化服务、移风易俗于一体的综合性公共文化服务阵地。此次开展图书整理及管理员业务培训，发挥了文化服务和宣传功能，提升了服务能力，推进了乡村文明建设。（县图书馆 雷红梅）

Recently, staff members from the Qishan County Library paid a field visit to Xiaoqiang Village, Jingdang Town. They carried out on-site book sorting work and delivered professional training to the administrator of the village farmhouse reading room, aiming to improve grassroots library management standards and expand nationwide reading initiatives into rural communities.

The training and sorting session took place in the newly relocated library housed within the New Era Civilization Practice Station of Xiaoqiang Village, Jingdang Town. Noting prominent issues including disorganized classification and misplaced bookshelves, library staff collaborated with the village reading room administrator in a well-divided teamwork effort. They redesigned the layout of bookshelves, followed national standardized library classification protocols, and categorized, sorted and shelved more than 3,500 volumes of books one by one. Step-by-step guidance was provided for the administrator to reorganize volumes shelf by shelf. Upon completion of the overhaul, all books in the reading room were clearly categorized and neatly arranged, with the overall tidiness markedly enhanced.

To meet the operational demands after the station’s relocation, the library team delivered hands-on operational training centering on the Interlib library management system. Key modules covered reader card issuance and cancellation, book borrowing and returning procedures, as well as service data statistics. The training integrated live demonstration, on-site Q&A sessions and real-time error correction during practical drills. Such comprehensive coaching helped the grassroots administrator fill professional capability gaps and elevate overall library administration and public service proficiency.

The New Era Civilization Practice Station of Xiaoqiang Village functions as an integrated public cultural service hub that integrates theoretical preaching, cultural supply and customs reform. This combined book sorting and administrator training event has fully leveraged the station’s cultural service and publicity functions, upgraded its public service capacity, and further advanced the construction of rural civilization.
