On the afternoon of July 28, 2026, a delegation led by Yu Zhaoxiang, President of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University, visited our hospital for a forum on medical consortium collaborative development and a cooperation agreement signing ceremony.

The expert panel immediately went to frontline clinical departments to conduct general practice ward rounds, sharing cutting-edge diagnostic and therapeutic philosophies as well as standardized clinical management protocols.
随后举办医联体协作座谈会，会议由辛建文书记主持并介绍医院基本情况；眉县卫健局李社强副局长表示此次医联体签约，为眉县卫生健康事业高质量发展搭建了高水平合作平台，对补齐县域医疗短板、推进分级诊疗、实现城乡医疗同质化服务具有十分重要的意义；西安医学院第一附属医院于照祥院长强调了国家医联体建设相关政策，针对眉县妇保院现状提出以全科建设为中心的协作思路，拓展全程健康管理及儿童保健、皮肤科等专科建设，做实做细分级诊疗，达到合作共赢。最后，两院代表正式签署医联体合作协议。
The medical consortium collaboration forum followed, presided over by Secretary Xin Jianwen, who delivered an overview of our hospital’s operations. Li Sheqiang, Deputy Director of the County Bureau of Health, remarked that the signing of this medical consortium pact establishes a high-caliber collaborative platform to fuel high-quality development of the county’s healthcare sector. He stressed its profound significance in addressing deficiencies in county-level medical services, advancing the tiered diagnosis and treatment system, and delivering homogenized medical care for both urban and rural residents.
President Yu Zhaoxiang of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University expounded on national policies governing medical consortium development. Based on our hospital’s operational realities, he put forward a collaborative framework centered on general practice development, covering expanded full-cycle health management, pediatric healthcare, dermatology and other specialized disciplines. He also urged solid, detailed implementation of tiered diagnosis and treatment to achieve win-win outcomes for both institutions. At the closing segment of the forum, representatives of the two hospitals formally executed the medical consortium cooperation agreement.
此次医联体建设将有效补齐我院专科建设短板、强化救治能力，培育本土医疗人才，让全县百姓在家门口就能享受到省级同质化、高水平的医疗健康服务。（王斌 王三周）
This medical consortium partnership will effectively shore up our hospital’s weaknesses in specialized discipline building, boost emergency and critical care capacity, and cultivate a cohort of local medical professionals. It will enable residents across the county to access homogenized, high-standard provincial-level medical and health services without traveling far from home.
