2026年7月29日上午，由中国诗书画研究会丝路文化专委会、陕西省山东临沂商会主办，宝鸡市麟游县两亭镇承办的2026丝路文化“庆八一”精品诗书画进乡村志愿公益行活动，在两亭镇两亭村文化广场隆重举办，陕西法帮网受邀随同采风。

　　麟游，地处陕西关中西部、宝鸡东北部，因传说瑞兽麒麟巡游此地而得名。麟游人杰地灵，秦汉时期即在此设县，已有2200多年历史。隋唐时期，因修建了举世闻名的隋仁寿宫和唐九成宫，被称之为“离宫之冠”。两朝先后有四帝来此避暑消夏，当此时，全国的政治、军事、文化、外交中心就设在这里；隋废立储君、创建科举制度，唐魏征上《十渐疏》、薛仁贵救驾等重大历史事件也发生在这里。贞观六年（公元632年），唐太宗在九成宫附近发现一处泉水，甘甜清冽，遂由魏征撰文、欧阳询书丹，成就了被誉为“天下第一楷书”的《九成宫醴泉铭》碑，成为国之瑰宝；而像隋文帝设宴观涛、武则天玉女潭沐浴的历史遗迹，在麟游可以说是俯拾皆是，故有“一个麟游县，半部隋唐史”的说法！这里的自然环境优美，森林覆盖率达64.5%，负氧离子浓度每立方厘米高达3万个，中国气象协会向麟游授予“中国天然氧吧”的称号。

On the morning of July 29, 2026,The 2026 Silk Road Culture "Celebrate August 1st" Premium Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Public Welfare Tour to the Countryside was grandly launched at the Cultural Square of Liangting Village, Liangting Town, Lingyou County, Baoji City. Hosted by the Silk Road Culture Special Committee of the China Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Research Association and the Shandong Linyi Chamber of Commerce in Shaanxi Province, and undertaken by Liangting Town of Lingyou County, the event invited Shaanxi Fabang Network to send representatives for on-site coverage.

Lingyou lies in the western Guanzhong region of Shaanxi and northeastern Baoji. It derives its name from the legend that the auspicious qilin roamed this land. Endowed with outstanding people and a favourable geographical location, Lingyou established its administrative county as early as the Qin and Han dynasties, boasting a history of more than 2,200 years. During the Sui and Tang dynasties, the construction of the renowned Renshou Palace of the Sui Dynasty and the Jiucheng Palace of the Tang Dynasty earned it the reputation of “Crown of Imperial Palaces Away from the Capital”. Four emperors of the two dynasties came here to escape the summer heat. At its peak, this place functioned as a pivotal hub for the nation’s politics, military affairs, culture and diplomatic activities. Many landmark historical events unfolded here, including the dispute over crown prince succession and the founding of the imperial examination system in the Sui Dynasty, as well as Wei Zheng’s submission of Memorial on Ten Deteriorating Tendencies and Xue Rengui’s rescue mission for the emperor in the Tang Dynasty.

In the sixth year of the Zhenguan reign (632 AD), Emperor Taizong of Tang discovered a spring with sweet, clear water near the Jiucheng Palace. Wei Zheng composed the inscription while Ouyang Xun transcribed it in calligraphy, giving birth to the Stele of Liquan at Jiucheng Palace, hailed as “the No. 1 Regular Script in the World” and a national treasure. Traces of history such as Emperor Wen of Sui hosting banquets overlooking waves and Wu Zetian bathing at Yunu Pool can be found everywhere across Lingyou, hence the widely circulated remark: “One Lingyou County holds half the history of the Sui and Tang dynasties.”

Blessed with stunning natural scenery, Lingyou features a forest coverage rate of 64.5%, with negative oxygen ion concentration reaching 30,000 per cubic centimetre. The China Meteorological Society awarded Lingyou the title of “China’s Natural Oxygen Bar”.

　　两亭，因距麟游、凤翔各40公里，而被当地人以方言土语称呼而得名（当地人将两头或两端一样长短、一般粗细、距离差不多，称之为“亭”，“两亭”就是指其到麟游、凤翔的距离差不多一样）。

Liangting got its name from local dialect. The town sits roughly 40 kilometres from both Lingyou and Fengxiang. Locals use the character ting to describe two ends with equal distance, length and size; “Liangting” therefore signifies its equidistant position to Lingyou and Fengxiang.

　　“八一”来临之际，众书画家商量，到麟游县两亭镇去为乡亲们赠送精品诗书画，赋能乡村振兴。很快，这个想法得到大家的积极响应，准备了一百多幅书画作品，大多是精心装裱的。当地政府也抓住这个契机，及时确定了十大类一百名受赠对象，即：好媳妇、好婆婆、孝老爱亲家庭各10人，树立文明家风标杆；现役军人（家属代表）10人，致敬军人奉献精神；优秀村干部、优秀村公益岗工作人员各10人，褒奖扎根基层实干者；高龄长者、在校学生各10人，提倡尊老爱幼风气；产业示范户、最美家庭各10人，助力特色产业发展、鼓励家庭和睦团结。

As August 1st approached, a group of painters and calligraphers discussed travelling to Liangting Town, Lingyou County, to present fine calligraphy and paintings to local villagers and fuel rural revitalization through culture. The proposal received an enthusiastic response. Over a hundred works of calligraphy and painting were prepared, most of them exquisitely mounted. Seizing this opportunity, local authorities identified 100 recipients falling into ten categories: 10 model virtuous wives and 10 virtuous mothers-in-law, plus 10 families known for respecting the elderly and caring for kin, setting benchmarks for sound family traditions; 10 representatives of active-duty military personnel and their families, as a tribute to military dedication; 10 outstanding village cadres and 10 distinguished village public-service staff, commending grassroots workers; 10 elderly seniors and 10 school students, advocating respect for elders and care for the young; 10 industrial demonstration households and 10 harmonious model families, supporting the growth of characteristic industries and promoting family unity.

　　就这样，在各方努力下，以文化褒奖平凡，让荣誉扎根百姓的共识，促成了这次精品诗书画下乡惠农活动。

Thanks to joint efforts from all sides, the shared vision of honouring ordinary people with culture and rooting glory among residents brought this cultural programme of sending fine poetry, calligraphy and paintings to rural communities to fruition.

在活动现场，麟游县剧团演出秦腔大戏助兴，麟游县医院为群众义诊解除病痛，十里八乡的群众则乘着形形色色的交通工具来赶文化大集，人之多、车之众，川流不息，使道路壅塞，各种美味小吃则借机吆喝，赚足了眼球，也满足了不同的胃口需求。

The event site buzzed with vitality. The Lingyou County Opera Troupe staged Qinqiang performances to enliven the occasion, while medical staff from Lingyou County Hospital offered free clinics to relieve villagers’ ailments. Crowds travelled from nearby villages by all manner of transport to attend this cultural fair. Streams of people and vehicles converged, causing traffic congestion. Food vendors set up stalls, attracting visitors with local delicacies to satisfy diverse tastes.

　　除了向十大类一百名受赠对象定向赠送精品诗书画外，陕西省书法家协会王行舟副主席、杨忠武主任，中国美术家协会理事吕峻涛，西安美术学院张亚贤教授，陕西省教育书法研究会会长曹书生，陕西黄楼书画会会长赵天成，陕西省新闻书画家协会党支部书记刘宏基、理事李景海，西京书画院院长李少鸿、副院长刘玮纯和张剑，西安中国画院郭新茂以及灞桥骆驼哥郭居文、何文英、聂承三、费永前等书画名家一起现场挥毫，为乡亲们义务创作书画作品，受到高度评价和一致赞誉。

Apart from presenting artworks to the designated 100 recipients, renowned artists gathered to create works free of charge for villagers. The distinguished line-up included Wang Xingzhou, Vice Chairman, and Yang Zhongwu, Director of the Shaanxi Calligraphers Association; Lü Juntao, Director of the China Artists Association; Professor Zhang Yaxian from Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts; Cao Shusheng, President of Shaanxi Education Calligraphy Research Association; Zhao Tiancheng, President of Shaanxi Huanglou Calligraphy and Painting Society; Liu Hongji, Party Branch Secretary, and Li Jinghai, Director of Shaanxi News Calligraphers & Painters Association; Li Shaohong, President, Liu Weichun and Zhang Jian, Vice Presidents of Xijing Academy of Calligraphy and Painting; Guo Xinmao from Xi’an Chinese Painting Academy; as well as Guo Juwen (the “Camel Brother” from Baqiao), He Wenying, Nie Chengsan and Fei Yongqian. Their live creation won widespread praise and acclaim.

当地人士评价，这次活动影响大，范围广，效果好，成为麟游一起带有标志性的文化下乡典范。

Local commentators noted that this large-scale, far-reaching and highly effective activity stands as a landmark cultural outreach initiative in Lingyou.

Shaanxi Fabang Network presented Li Guoqiang, Mayor of Liangting Town, with a calligraphy scroll Elegance of Great Tang Culture, Millennium Liangting, created by Gao Zhixi from the Regular Script Class of Chang’an District Senior Citizens University in Xi’an. This marks the third time Gao Zhixi has supported public welfare campaigns organized by Shaanxi Fabang Network with his calligraphy.
