During the meeting, the Pharmacy Department delivered a work report on pharmaceutical‑and‑medical‑device‑related undertakings for the second quarter of 2026. Committee members carried out dynamic optimization and adjustment of the hospital’s supply catalogue for medicines, medical consumables and reagents, notified the status of slow‑moving pharmaceuticals, and advanced refined management. The accountability pledges for antibacterial‑drug administration were signed among clinical departments to consolidate responsibilities for antibacterial‑drug stewardship. The procurement plan for new pharmaceuticals for the second quarter was reviewed and approved. New‑drug procurement will rely on the provincial centralized procurement platform, giving priority to pharmaceutical specifications supplied by distributors with stable delivery performance while taking affordability into account to meet clinical diagnostic and therapeutic demands. Drawing on front‑line clinical realities, committee members put forward opinions and suggestions pertaining to pharmacy administration.

Yu Binghu, Assistant to the Hospital Director, underscored six key points. First, relevant pharmaceutical policies and regulatory norms shall be fully understood to guide pharmacy‑related practice in compliance with rules. Second, new‑drug selection shall adhere to the principles of safety, efficacy and cost‑effectiveness. Third, industrial codes of practice and medical insurance policies must be strictly implemented. Fourth, close attention shall be paid to pharmacy‑related monitoring indicators and their fluctuations. Fifth, adverse‑drug‑reaction monitoring and reporting shall be rigorously enforced. Sixth, the Pharmacy Department is required to conduct regular price negotiations for medicines and medical consumables so as to strengthen cost control.

会议最后，刘院长作总结讲话，对后续工作提出五点要求：一是加强学习，熟练掌握药事相关法规政策；二是认真履职，压实各科室药械管理责任；三是规范诊疗，严格医嘱处方管理，做到合理用药；四是强化督导，常态化开展药品专项督查点评；五是全面整改，建立问题台账，实现督查问题闭环管理。
