8月11日，刘院长深入妇科青春期保健门诊、更年期保健门诊开展专项督导检查，细致排查门诊运营及服务开展过程中的短板问题，针对现存问题逐项梳理、精准剖析，明确整改标准、整改时限及具体工作要求，助推特色妇幼门诊服务提质增效。
8月12日，值中国医师节来临之际，妇保院隆重举办“笃行妇幼初心 精研救治本领 守护母婴健康”专题培训会。本次会议由副院长李眉云主持，全院职工全员参会。培训环节内容丰富、贴合实操，护理部开展职业礼仪与医患沟通实操培训，强化全员服务素养；儿童康复科、医学美容科、影像科依次汇报科室现阶段业务开展情况及未来发展规划；云妇幼系统专家围绕患者回访闭环管理规范开展专项授课，指导职工熟练运用信息化工具提升服务效能。会上，刘院长结合国家卫健委基层妇幼保健机构培训学习成果，分享全国标杆妇幼机构先进运营管理理念，结合妇保院实际明确医院发展战略目标与落地举措。他强调，全体职工要坚持学以致用、知行合一，深耕妇幼主业、凝聚团队合力，持续推动医院高质量转型发展，全方位守护全县妇女儿童全生命周期健康。
8月13日，院分管领导针对门诊科室云妇幼信息回访工作落实情况开展专项督导，压实工作责任，督促各项回访工作落地落细。同日，副院长黄宁娟带领保健科团队，对妇女保健科云妇幼系统实操应用、患者随访服务质量开展专项质控与现场指导，规范信息化随访服务流程。此外，院领导班子联合县住建局，实地督查托育项目一、二标段施工建设情况，针对施工过程中发现的问题现场反馈、现场交办，明确整改要求，保障项目建设保质保量推进。
8月14日，妇保院保卫科主任文超参加全省常见重大事故隐患情形解读线上专题培训，系统学习安全生产隐患排查整治相关知识，筑牢医院安全管理防线。同日，副院长李眉云带队参加省医疗管理服务指导中心组织的医保工作线上专题培训，培训结束后，第一时间召开工作部署会，结合妇保院医保工作实际细化落实举措，严明工作纪律，规范医保诊疗服务、收费管理等各项工作。

On August 10, our hospital convened the August regular meeting for maternal and child health specialists to advance key phased‑work on maternal and child healthcare and refine relevant arrangements. On the same day, a special inspection team from Meixian Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Meixian Institute of Health Supervision) visited our hospital to conduct supervision and inspection on prominent‑issue rectification for the Department of Medical Aesthetics. The team conducted comprehensive reviews covering institutional practice qualifications, practitioners’ practicing credentials, staff health management, standardization of medical records, prescription‑drug administration, and public‑health conditions, so as to consolidate regulatory obligations and standardize medical‑aesthetic diagnosis and treatment workflows. In addition, our hospital, together with the Community Health Service Center, selected experienced medical examiners to receive specialized training on standardized PPD test operations, and made thorough arrangements for student physical examinations at the Vocational Education Center to ensure the work proceeded in a well‑regulated manner.
On August 11, President Liu conducted on‑site supervision over the Adolescent Health Clinic and Menopausal Health Clinic under the Department of Gynecology. He carefully identified shortcomings in clinic operation and service delivery, analyzed existing problems item‑by‑item, and clarified rectification criteria, timeframes and work requirements, driving quality improvement for these specialized maternal‑and‑child health clinics.
On August 12, ahead of Chinese Physicians’ Day, our hospital held a special training session themed Upholding the Original Aspiration for Maternal‑and‑Child Health, Refining Clinical Expertise, and Safeguarding Maternal and Infant Well‑being. Chaired by Vice‑President Li Meiyun, the session drew participation from all hospital staff. The training featured practice‑oriented modules: the Nursing Department delivered hands‑on training on professional etiquette and doctor‑patient communication to enhance staff service awareness; the Department of Child Rehabilitation, Department of Medical Aesthetics and Department of Medical Imaging successively reported on ongoing departmental operations and future development plans; experts on the Cloud Maternal‑and‑Child Health System gave special lectures on standardized closed‑loop management of patient follow‑up visits, guiding staff to leverage information‑based tools for better service efficiency. At the meeting, drawing on takeaways from the national training conference for grassroots maternal‑and‑child health institutions hosted by the National Health Commission, President Liu shared advanced operation‑and‑management concepts from benchmark maternal‑and‑child health institutions nationwide. In light of our hospital’s realities, he laid out strategic development goals and implementation measures. He urged all staff to translate knowledge into practice, pool strengths to focus on core maternal‑and‑child‑health services, advance high‑quality transformation of the hospital, and protect the whole‑life‑cycle health of women and children across the county.
On August 13, leading officials in charge supervised the implementation of Cloud Maternal‑and‑Child Health System follow‑up visit work among outpatient departments to enforce accountability and ensure solid execution of follow‑up tasks. On the same day, Vice‑President Huang Ningjuan, together with the Health Care Department team, carried out quality‑control checks and on‑site guidance on system application and patient follow‑up performance in the Department of Women’s Health, standardizing information‑driven follow‑up protocols. Furthermore, hospital leadership, together with the Meixian Bureau of Housing and Urban‑Rural Development, inspected construction progress of Phases I and II of the childcare project. Problems identified at the construction site were communicated and assigned for rectification on the spot, with clear requirements put forward to guarantee quality construction.
On August 14, Wen Chao, Director of the Security Department, attended an online special training session on interpretation of common major potential‑hazard scenarios, acquiring knowledge for safety‑risk identification and remediation to reinforce the hospital’s safety governance. On the same day, led by Vice‑President Li Meiyun, relevant personnel took part in an online medical‑insurance training organized by the Shaanxi Provincial Medical Management and Service Guidance Center. Immediately after the training, a work deployment meeting was held to formulate implementation plans tailored to our hospital’s medical‑insurance practices, stress discipline and standardize medical‑insurance‑related diagnosis, treatment and billing procedures.

From August 11 to 15, our hospital conducted entrance physical examinations for Grade‑2026 freshmen at the Vocational Education Center. The examinations covered general physical check‑ups, blood routine tests, liver‑function tests, electrocardiograms and PPD skin tests. Upon completion of physical examinations, medical staff compiled and analyzed all health data. Where abnormal indicators were detected, timely health reminders, intervention suggestions and re‑examination guidance were provided to the school and parents.
